so apparently we having too many items in a Outpost is still a thing. I have a Outpost powered by helium. That's only used for storage. I'm at 50% with the outpost allotted buildings and structures.
The way I fixed the soft lock so far is I deleted 25% of the outpost limit which brings me down to 25% on that little bar.
fingers crossed that works cuz starting a sixth character is going to be poopy.
