I created my own gif (a news ticker / scrolling marquee with this video ua-cam.com/video/OCm7x-tKPCc/v-deo.html), loaded it as an image, but it's not persistent. When I publish it disappears altogether.
yes, after you republish the page and come back to that page after some time, that web part goes blank. Author (Tracy) - can you please provide a solution here?
