The k eta is the only thing that.takes time, (unless you need a tourist visa) k eta takes a maximum of 2 weeks . Although what I actually reccommend is taking the trip 2+ months ahead of time so you save on flight tickets and hotels they get more expensive the closer to the date. It's all just general information make sure to do your own research on your government and the korea government website also I reccommend you get travel insurance for the trip.
