Nice idea with f3 very nicely explained!
I've been listening to the chess angle podcast on Spotify and heard about this UA-cam page. I also have started playing the London under your recommendation, but I still struggle with middle game strategy. I'll definitely try this f4 idea though.
Please post more middle game strategy content especially for the London system.
