Of the 7 concert BDs/DVDs released after the song came out, he's sung it 4 times, and then if you include the Japan Dome Tour, that's 5, so basically it's been sung at more than half of the tours since its release. It was sung at Budokan which was the same year as Niche Syndrome so I'm not sure about Taka not being able to sing it. Also, Taka has said that it's no longer painful for him to sing the song. He obviously still gets a little emotional, as do the other band members, but it's not a painful song for him. =)
This is one song that I firmly believe need subtitles so it can truly be fully appreciated in its entirety. Of course it still sounds amazing just listening to it. But to know what the lyrics mean to Taka will move you to tears.

They will get you so pumped up. Koi no Aibou Kokoro no Cupid is a great one too.
