Can you switch off the wifi direct function so no phone will be able to print? Does wifi direct function need the router/computer to be switch on, or just switch on printer and phone will do? Thanks.
I did everything, said failed to find printer. Do I need to have my actual wireless button light up? Or just the direct wireless with network? it's stuck on acquiring printer info now that's why and it's been 30 minutes.

Yes you can, you can go into WiFi settings via Printer Utilities from the App.

hi, tnx for comment, did you try restarting printer and wifi, it should work step by step, but not 100%, sometimes I also need to retry

Nothing printed? Ink empty or cartridge is dry and needs to be replaced.
