It's funny how we all have different reactions to sounds, the singing bowls cut through all the crap in my mind and bring me right to myself where I need to be. Whereas the sponge made me jump, it sounded and felt like I was wearing rubber boots walking through the mud and it was pulling them off of my feet. LOL and yet and still I so enjoyed your video thank you

Silky Silke, bb :) ... can/could you do an entire video of just drawing reiki symbols, and softly say/speak them as you are drawing them? ... use as many as you want/know and spend a couple mintutes on each one...I think that'd do really well.jj Just a suggestion xoxo💕
I believe she has one already! She actually draws them with a white marker. It’s been a while since I’ve watched it, but I would always fall asleep instantly. Hope this is helpful ☺️
