- Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa is a quintessential California beach resort located in Orange County, California, about 30 miles south of Los Angeles.
The “Huntington Suite” we stayed in during our visit is connected to two adjacent standard rooms, perfect for families or large parties needing multiple rooms. Our video is a quick tour of the room and grounds of one of our favorite Southern California properties, including a glimpse inside the Pacific Waters Spa.
The hotel is located directly across the public beach with a bridge connecting the two, and only one mile away from Main Street Huntington Beach, making for a nice walk or bike ride.

This Hyatt looks really nice, the beach aesthetic looks strong there. This and Hyatt regency Newport Beach are of interest to me.
The pools at this hotel are so warm! We go in the pool even in the winter time 😀. We’ve also been to the HR Newport Beach! The breakfast there is fantastic!
@@BevandRyan Planning a trip in socal in a couple months, I've decided that Hyatt regency newport beach and Hyatt regency huntington beach resort will be the closing two-act finale. Just about every reviewer I've watched has given this Huntington Beach Hyatt Regency the highest praise, an A+ amidst an A brand. The Hyatt Regency newport beach i heard isn't bad, but more...conventional than the Pristine flourishing huntington beach counterpart. Neither is bad, but there's a reason the huntington beach one commands the premium that it does.

That is my favorite hotel. I stay there when I run Surf City 1/2 marathon.

@@BevandRyan , I tend to stay @ the Hyatt properties since I now have the credit card so I can use points for the stay & it’s cheaper and I get all the perks like 2 free waters a day.

Which hotel would you recommend for a family of 4 with 2 toddlers, Hyatt regency Newport or Hyatt Huntington ?
You can’t go wrong with either one but we would pick HR Huntington Beach. It’s right across the beach and the property is well maintained and not worn down like the Newport HR.
