Keep grinding man. Also you made the right choice with the low sens. Low sensitivity can make tracking way easier because overflicking is a big issue when tracking.
Any tips on long range fire? Even with "long range" weapons such as the Spitfire or Rampage i cant even get close to the level of control you have. Especially the Volt SMG which has a bit of kick as is. Any tips on recoil control? Xbox player here.

I just counter strafe in the direction of that recoil to negate the horizontal recoil. It's intuition at this point. The firing range is your best friend. Warm up in the firing range with all guns and no attachments except a gold extended mag for a minimum of 10 minutes with dummies on constant max strafe speed (your goal is to be able to consistently one clip every dummy at mid range). Practice in the firing range over and over again. Your brain will eventually develop muscle memory for the recoil of each weapon, and it will become second nature shooting them. This takes time and a lot of playing hours. Also, max your FOV. I found recoil control easier when zoomed out. I would try out Kontrol Freeks if you don't use them already, I use the Ultras and can't shoot without them. I've been playing the game every day for over 2 years now, so you can't really compare yourself to me. I literally don't touch grass. Set realistic goals, acknowledge that things like this take time, and don't stress too much; it's just a game. Best of luck.

Tbh, I wouldn't be able to do what I do in Ranked (Solo). Yes, I could still win my 1v1's, but would lose every fight against a team of really good players. I currently enjoy pub stomping and the content I make, so I'm gonna stick with it for now.

I use iron sights for many reasons. Mainly for more consistency/muscle memory with them. You're not always gonna have a sight. But you'll always have irons 100% of the time. If you shoot/train in the firing range with irons before each session, you're gonna shoot better no matter what gun you pick up if that makes sense. Sights have visibility advantage though (you can see underneath the sight) but I personally think muscle memory is more important than a visibility advantage. Also iron sights have less recoil in general than sights, any magnification of sights increases the recoil, its been like this across all games. Btw I've made videos based on the sight where I use the sights the entire time if you wana scroll back and watch me use one.

We are constantly switching back and forth testing both controllers atm because of the aim assist nerf, I find the ps4 controller gives more aim assist close range, though it feels harder to track compared to xbox roller. I personally would't copy others settings, everyones different, I use to copy others and didn't improve, only got worse. You have to find and teat what's right for you.

Tbh, I wouldn't be able to do what I do in Ranked (Solo). Yes, I could still win my 1v1's, but would lose every fight against a team of really good players. I currently enjoy pub stomping and the content I make, so I'm gonna stick with it for now.

Why no scopes ?
I use iron sights for many reasons. Mainly for more consistency/muscle memory with them. You're not always gonna have a sight. But you'll always have irons 100% of the time. If you shoot/train in the firing range with irons before each session, you're gonna shoot better no matter what gun you pick up if that makes sense. Sights have visibility advantage though (you can see underneath the sight) but I personally think muscle memory is more important than a visibility advantage. Also iron sights have less recoil in general than sights, any magnification of sights increases the recoil, its been like this across all games. Btw I've made videos based on the sight where I use the sights the entire time if you wana scroll back and watch me use one.

Please take into account, I only use high sensitivity for "content" it makes your POV look faster. If I was trying to get better at the game, I would definitely lower it.
