Impressive video, Arlo & I, a Chef and his Dog. Looking forward to your next upload from you. I smashed that thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the amazing work! Your grandfather's steak tartar recipe sounds delicious and nostalgic. Have you considered experimenting with different types of beef or seasoning variations to enhance the flavor profile even more?
Thanks so much! You know, I’ve experimented with lots of different styles of steak tartar over the years, and I’ve had some great ones! But to be honest i always go back to this recipe as it just hits right for me, and brings me back to my childhood.
Merry Christmas 🎄 I've never made steak tartare. I've eaten it once years ago. A chef friend of my cousin's, from the Navy made the dish & I've never forgotten it. The meat was cut in tiny cubes, less fine. Maybe we'll try to make this.
I love the richness of the egg yolk in steak tartare so I would want more added! Parsley as well. I don't think it would be safe buying ground beef from the store - it needs to be done just like you did.
@@stevekemble8911yes, for sure, I too really enjoy the egg yolk, & I also prefer the texture of chopping by hand. Anchovy is a nice addition to this as well.
