Please do a full review on the Steed 6. buying a truck soon and don't know much about it except that all the other reviews are in Chinese or Japanese or some kind of ese.
I drove the steed 5 from 80 kms new to 149000kms, excellent bakkie on road and off road. Carrying loads of up to 1200kg no problems. The only exception is the poor fuel economy on a full 70litre tank it averages around 680kms. I drove this van on the harsh off road for 3 years , it was still perfect when I sold it
@@roshanmanilal5315 wow sounds good, plus theyre like half the price! 20g for one brand new. maybe china is trying to fix their terrible reputation for unreliable goods. good thing for the whole world, saw a great wall suv yesterday looks mint but was worried about how long they would last lol. seems reliable though. bargain
@@ElNiNjA246 Our steed 5 has 200k km, but it chews through its gearbox. Currently on its 5th one and it's going as well. Engine seems fine although quite bad economy. One of the worst rides I've ever had. Backbreaking sometimes
Brother has a 2010 Hilux and Father has a 2013 Ranger, same models on video, I don't doubt whats on the video; same tire pressure of 30, I feel the Ranger has a slightly choppier ride, with three people in it, but with nothing on the back, could be a different story if you have lots of stuff on the back though, but then people driving these don't always have a lot of thing on the back.
Using the water-buckets was pretty clever but perhaps you can WEIGH the water next time?! That way, everyone can start with the same amount (although I suspect you filled them to the brim?) and you'll get a much more accurate leftover measurement(?). Also, locate the buckets over the rear axle; the closer the buckets are to the fulcrum (the center between the front and back axles), the less they'll be influenced by bumps in the road(?). And kerels ... the blerry tape-measurement is so "Danville" and rather erratic, don't you think? ;-))
You guys do of course realize that pickups are supposed to be loaded down before the suspension works properly? Pop another 600lbs in there and then do the test, that's when you know which truck has the best suspension
Thanks for the comment. You're certainly not wrong, but passengers have to ride on board whether the load bay is full or not, which is what we were aiming to show. Comfort and ride quality is always a trick one though.
Legs face it. If this would've been Top Gear test (the Clarkson, May and Hammond iteration), none of those water bucket would've been anywhere close to being even half full at the end of the test.
Why did you guys test the Chineese car last? Racism on the Reed 6! Lol! I am getting one Wingle 6 with Mitsubishi 2.4L engine. I hope it's a great double cap worthy the price.
@@tarektaboubi4326 they have Isuzu engine, confirmed by a Isuzu dealer, yet the same dealer warned me away from GWM because overall quality is very poor
people don't touch them don't be sucked in they ar cheap for a reason remember what they say you get what you pay for and did anyone watch Ford drop 2 ton in the back of it when it was causing along do it to that thing I bet that thing wold crumble
My Great Wall is like being in a tumble dryer but I love it..

Is it possible that you do a proper review for the GWM Steed 6? I want to know more about the Steed. Thank You

Can you guys do this again with the latest bakkies and with more control this time
Great Wall Motors, the best!
Great Wall good car ;)

P-Series review is coming soon
Watch the section in the third minute you will find water shortage more than after stopping and measuring

What is the song at the first part?
Can anyone tell me if a gwm 2010 model is any good. How is it for fuel consumption on the diesel? Thanks
Ford Ranger is number one
Was it done in the same speed and finish at the same time? If not, this comparison means nothing.
We're you watching the video? They went at 40kms per h
This is not a comfort test though. The one with stiffer suspension is likely to win when compared to a softer suspension.
Between payload and comfort will never be walk together, mostly dcab never loaded very much due to small bed size
