I am a new subscriber and this is my 4th project with you. You are such a good teacher. This is very exciting to me because I am a man who has been crocheting all my life. There are not enough of us around. I also love to knit. I am my most relaxed when I am knitting or crocheting. Please continue your good work. Real men crochet!!!

Just starting this tablecloth. I am using #10 mercerized cotton and 1.5 hook. We shall see how it works up.

Did using a size 10 thread work out okay? I’m thinking of using size 10 too.

In the USA we don't have size 15 thread or 1.4 mm steel crochet hook. I can figure the hook size out for equivalent. I can use size 10 thread mercised cotton. How many yards (meters) did you use? I want to make sure I have enough of same dye lot. Even plain white can vary between manufacture date.

I want to do it in double crochet only and not treble..Would I have a problem with the pattern if I used double crochet only? Thank you Peter. Regards Maria

I would really like to start this project, because I am looking for a challenge with a very thin thread. But I think you're so hard to understand... the first DCs into the ring, I can't hear what you're saying, 42?32? And by reading the comments, I see that other people having troubles understanding you as well, so I'm not the only one. I also see that there are no answers given by you to questions by other people's in the comments, so I don't have to ask questions here either. No, this is not for me, I'm going to look somewhere else. Such a shame, sorry. I must say, your crocheting and projects are looking great!
