Your heading bug jumping around as well as trying to do slight adjustments in altitude etc, are caused by the software from the honeycomb yoke and the logitech software. Un-assign all the switches on the yoke..... the panel switches. The actual buttons on the yoke itself don't need to be unassigned. The switches on the flighti-switch panel will work fine. The two red and two white switches on the panel of the yoke, and the light switches as well. Also un-assign the key start on the right side of the yoke panel. I did that and now the adjustments on the logitech flight multipanel adjust as they are supposed to.
Big things I'm hoping are on the horizon: 1) Replays 2) true mulit-monitor 3) VR 4) faster frame-rates 5) more true-to-life flight dynamics with the exception of the Cessna 152 which is really great as-is 6) scenery issues and aberrations 7) DirectX 12 (this can't come faster - please Asobo!!!!) 8) Ground speed issues jumping around. Great stuff !! thanks for sharing.
My question would be why aren't the screens centered so the middle screen is looking out the front of the aircraft and the side screens looking out the side of the aircraft? More of a box shape?
It really is refreshing to see the panels working in FS2020, now. I'm with you, on stretching, or extending your surround view, across the multiple monitors. On the one hand, separate monitors is ideal for true world representation, the stretch method is allowing you to actually see the aircraft interior, included in your view. It has merit, as you say. I'll be using your method of stretching across the monitors, until I can afford the full on physical flight deck. I've only got a couple of GoFlight panels, at the moment. Just the basic autopilot, and gear/flaps/trim panel. I think GoFlight may still have some annunciator panels, similar to the one in your flight deck. Thanks for the video.
Please visit out web-site www.volairsim.com and go under the BLOG section. There is a 2-part article that describes how to set-up the 3 monitors in nVidia Surround config.
Ok, I got the saitek instrument panels and I need to know how to turn off the LED buttons on them. I was able to get into the xml file and make the menus on the left disappear but the left side LED buttons are still on. Can anyone help me with this?
i cant get windows 10 to see the latest drivers for my flight instrument panel. I was able to get it to work using drivers from 2017 but the left buttons do not work. Any Suggestions? You are running 6 and I cant get even one to work.
Hi! It's working with A320, but only if you start to flying from runway ready to fly. If you start your flight from the gate or parking with the engines, lights, etc off it will not work
Thank you very much. 2 questions : -how do you manage to have 60 FPS with 3 screens, what are the FS2020 settings and hardware used ? Because I have only 25-30 FPS max with Surround 5760*1080 i9-9900 and RTX 2080 , ssd nvme, 48 Go RAM... -do you use SpaceDesk wich enables multiple screen with tablets unwired and the right Alt key in FS2020 which duplicates any instrument or screen?
We do not use SpaceDesk. Just right ALT + undock the G1000 window and slide it to the 4th monitor. When we fly in denser environment (city, etc.) we get FPS down to 30 as well. But even in dense environment the sim seems to be very playable.
Multi-monitors on FSX2020 still look terrible due to the slanting like you stated. I wish they’d take X-Plane’s lead where the view is configured independently and looks realistic. Until then, I’m gonna have to pass on this type of setup. Outside of that, looks great.
Yea, i feel the exact same about the triple monitor setup. Because of the stretch and lack of visual fidelity it takes away from the experience for me.
How did you get the Saitek FIPs working? Mine apparently turn on but when I run Spad it says that it was not found because the drivers are not installed. I only find the MSFS2020 pulgin and I installed it, what saitek drivers am I missing? However, the buttons work in Spad but they dont show nothing, just backlight. What I´m missing? Any help is appreciated.
I have the almost the exact same setup, and now it is 2021. Do you have any suggestions on how to get my instruments configured for MSFS 2020 such as a video or manual? Do I need to revert to XPlane. I want to use it to actually learn how to fly. I am struggling to get my panel operational. Hope you can help?
The best advice I would provide is to try SPAD NeXt which will make the configuration easier. They have a manual and a lot of presets/instruments are already pre-configured.
Hi, I use VolairSim and am trying to run msfs 2020. When I use Spad.next as admin, it comes up with warning that says “Saitek DirectOutputService has been running! Communications with the FIP devices might be disturbed and you might experience...” What should be done in this case? Thanks for your help in advance.
We suspect that you have BOTH the Logitech/Saitek drivers installed AND the SPAD running at the same time which gives you conflict. Try to kill/disable the Logitech drivers in the task manager or uninstall the Logitech drivers and try again and this should be resolved.
Hello, I have a GPU 1070 and 3 monitors and I do not have 64 fps. depending where I am it about 28-33 fps. what is your custom graphics for fs2020 ? my cpu is ryzen 3600X, 32 Go ram
HI! I am using a Volair Panel (I love it) and have the similar setup except that I am using an ipad for the six pack but I have problems getting my BIP to work. Everything else works in Xplane11 but none of the Saitek gauges work on FS2020. You mentioned Spad for the setup. I would appreciate if you could assist me in the installation steps. I sent Rachelle a picture of my setup when I ordered the accessory panel to house the GNS530. Appreciate your help in getting my gauges to work.
I use a tablet for glasscockpit. Connected via „Spacedesk“. I can use ur tablet or/and smartphone to expand your desktop. When you maximize the pfd u can drag it to your tablet or smartphone. The device only have to be in the same network as the pc. You don’t need any port on your graphicscard.
Plus working Touchscreen. But if you do anything via touchscreen I have the problem that MS Windows makes this window to my mainwindow and I can’t control anything in the sim unless I bring the mousecurser back in the primary window...
Bringing my saitek stuff out of retirement soon, i remember wit the backlit pannel i had to change settings in the usb port, so from what im seeing here spad next runs it without messing with the computer usb port settings?
It runs pretty much out of the box but remember that you need to have the Saitek panels plugged into a POWERED USB hub. Otherwise the USB port from your computer may not have enough current capability to run it.
the touch screen has to be set to monitor 1 and be the main monitor as i have done the same thing in my sim with a 7" touch other wise the touch feature won't work that is a windows 10 issue
Thank you for the heads-up. We were actually able to activate the touch on the secondary display but the issue is that when you slide the display with RIGHT ALT method, the bezel does not come with it. Hence, no ability to touch the buttons that control the G1000
If you are running an Nvidia GPU you can enable one in the Geforce experience software otherwise use MSI Afterburner which will give you a whole heap of monitoring options
You need to get the app SmoothTrack head tracking which I have for my triple monitor set-up. It amazing and cheap and improves everything. iPhone or Android and about $10.
ueah uea who cares how fast it run if its smooth LOL. and you have cockpit there. monitors should be windows.Loose virtual cockpit it drops frames LOL i have only 60fps sto drying 30 is enought for movies . dont render cockpit if you in cockpit xD and all those saitek you could bu g1000 ha
Very low resolution. Lets see you run 4 screens at 4K each. This video shows how great you are but shows nothing about how to get Saitek controllers to work with FS 2020. Keep patting yourself on the back.

there is now a download on logitech support that runs the panels without the need for spadnext or any other 3rd party software
Yes, you are correct but somehow we could not get it to work the FIP gauges.

I am using SPAD neXt for the instrument panels including the FIPs vs. drivers provided by Logitech.
Hello, How did you get the bip panel working with msfs 2020 i have one id like to use. Thanks
Spad neXt - please see link in the vid. description.

Hello, how did you manage to install Saitek instruments on FS 2020? Do you have a patch?
Spad NeXt: www.spadnext.com/home.html
Easy to install. SPAD

Not sure as mine worked without too much difficulty.
Turn off usb enhanced power management for any logitech/saitek flight products you might be using. Thats what fixed my multipanels display.

Question, how did you attached the Garmin GNS530 from Realsim Gear?
It attaches via two connections: HDMI (for display) and USB (for buttons).
@@volairsim OK, but your 4th display is already attached with HDMI. Do you use the a 2nd GPU-card for the GNS530?
@@yvesnewhouse Correct as max 4 displays on a single card.

Hi! Which USB-Hub do you use?
A generic 12-USB powered hub (unfortunately cannot share the link where to buy it as it is already discontinued).
how can i switch on the fps indication?
Same question : the developer mode is awful....
If you are running an Nvidia GPU you can enable one in the Geforce experience software otherwise use MSI Afterburner which will give you a whole heap of monitoring options
nVidia controls allow you to do this
Logitech have updated their drivers that may smooth the heading bug bug
Good idea but, alas, did not work for us.
You need to get the app SmoothTrack head tracking which I have for my triple monitor set-up. It amazing and cheap and improves everything. iPhone or Android and about $10.

What does that do?
Objectionable or not, as long as you like is all that matters. I like it too. Nice rig. Thumbs up.
