I'm team black but KINDA feel sorry for Aegon and feel absolutely awful for Sunfyre. Sure, Aegon is a piece of sh!t but he didnt want to be king AT ALL & wasnt "groomed" to rule (like Rhaenyra was) but they put him on the throne anyway....and now they're all turning against him because he's useless at a job he didnt want in the 1st place....and wasnt prepared for! And poor Sunfyre thought they were merely going out for a joyride and Aegon puts him in a battle that neither are trained for, no battle experience at all. AND Aegon was half cut....Sunfyre didnt have a hope in hell....but the good boi broke a near fall and broke an actual fall for his rider as best he could 🫶
The way Aegon truly smiles when he greets Sunfyre made me feel so bad, the only being to be so happy to see him aside his late son

Aegon’s “thank the gods!” when his brother showed up only for him to get decimated was pretty heartbreaking.

How is Vhagar the largest dragon constantly stealthing on everyone like a ninja!
Being a veteran of over 100 battles once she hit the floor she quickly took off and got behind the castle. While Meleys was flying the other way. And GRRM says dragons normally attack from above. Meleys had only been in a couple battles and none of them as big as the 100+ vhagar has been in. Vhagar is too experienced in battle only a better dragon rider with a large dragon like caraxes of vermithor can best vhagar. Vermithor is about 80-85% the size of vhagar and is 100 years younger with a good rider could best vhagar. And caraxes who is the most vicious dragon and has the best rider in the whole of the Dance of the Dragons, in Daemon. But caraxes is only 50-55% the size of vhagar. Meleys was 55-60% the size of vhagar but Rhaneys isnt nowhere near as experienced as Daemon in dragon in wars.
I believe she went back becuase she had the best chance of hurting vhagar especially away from kongs landing. She had the most experience and a syper strong bond with her dragon.our queen went out like champs. And aegon has problems but you realize he knows none of his family carre or respecta him and he's lost any hope of control. Poor sunfyre is a pup and didnt deseeve that. Didnt know what he was doing. I cried for the dragons
Rhaenys went back because she remembered that she didn't do it in episode 9 when she should have burned them all and this time she didn't want to do the same, so she went back and attacked both dragons.
Rhaenys could not run away, she was there to defend the castle and if she fleed it would send bad message to rhaenyra supporters.
That vhgar got the stealth of 100 ninjas. How he keeps sneaking up on ppl

I'm fine with Rhaenys and Meleys losing, but using the same trick that took out Lucaerys & Arrax was cheap writing. A dragon that big and loud shouldn't be that stealthy.

Sunfyre the golden, Aegon's dragon is considered the most beautiful dragon in history.
If Aegon were to be dead then the greens would simply crown Aemond king since he’s next in line because Aegon lost his only male heir. Even if Aemond were to die they still have another younger brother Daeron

ps : something tells me that tv show Rhaenys sacrificed herself to force Rhaenyra to act and go full force . it seems crazy but somehow i feel that's the idea the writers went with .
Why would the conflict be over with Aegon's death? We have other sons right? Viserys doomed his family the moment he made Rhyneara his heir. Aegon's "dream" has nothing to do with anything. He first thought his son was "the one". He then made a decision that resulted in Emma's death. He got that son, but he died too. Seeking redemption, he decides his daughter is "the one". He allows himself to die a slow death, while drinking Milk of the Poppy, and playing with legos. He does muster the energy to marry a young girl and crank out babies that he shows no love. Rhyneara has no love for her siblings because: I alone must unite the Seven Kingdoms yadda yadda. Nobody cares, they are not ready for woman to rule. This is what matters. Nobody else knows WINTER IS COMING because the Targaryns believe themselves to be gods.
