0:00 - Amtrak 393 at Champaign. 0:39 - Southbound stack train at Rantoul. 1:55 - A sequence at Tuscola: UP southbound with air issues that causes them to go into emergency as they cross the diamond. They were soon back underway. This was followed by a northbound CN tank train with some welded rail equipment on the end. Next is Amtrak #390, the northbound Saluki from Carbondale. Next is another CN northbound, followed by a northbound UP stack train with KCS power. 11:13 - southbound at Arcola. 12:49 - northbound at Humboldt with UP power that's meeting the southbound I shot at Arcola who went in the siding. 15:25 - a sequence at Effingham. I did see a CSX train, but unfortunately the camera wasn't rolling when the head end went by. They just had a pair of scuzzy UPs. Chased the local with SD70s to Magnet (the overpass shot) and Pesotum. They wouldn't go any further than Tolono because the yard in Champaign couldn't take them.

More & more KCS engines are showing up on the CN sub I love it
Makes me want to dig out all my old ICG photos.
Cool that Effingham still has depot surrounded by those super line poles
A good number of the depots remain along the IC in Illinois.
I never thought in a thousand years a Canadian railway would take over KCS.
It just feels strange now with them being merged.
Amazing video!
