Fantastic video! My Etsy file contained a pattern that had to be printed. An hour later I gave up but Hubs found this video. Exactly what I needed! It’s concise and perfectly presented. Who knew you can’t print from an Etsy download! Wonder why they won’t share what this nice lady did. Wish I had the hour back I spent on trying to print from Etsy. Thank you so much!

OK finally I am getting somewhere here! Thank you so much for the video, I haven’t exactly gone through and done the steps that you’re showing here but I can see right away just from watching your video that are perhaps my issue may be resolved! Because I did not know about that one part that we were not supposed to do. So my question is can I still receive my files if I did what I was supposed to avoid? I’m gonna go back and check. You can always go back and re-download files you purchase from Etsy.

When you download it, does it immediately change your home screen or do you have to change it manually?
I downloaded a file that is a pdf digital planner. There is nothing showing in my cloud drive, I don't have a zip file, and when I choose GoodReads I can't locate the file to open it. I'm really discouraged by this! But I'll keep on, if others can do it I can too.

Umm, OK so once I press download files it takes me to a page with a bunch of letters numbers all kinds of stuff the whole page is filled and so I don’t know if it’s been downloaded or what it’s doing at this point, help!

Sandra, if you don't see your order in Purchases and Reviews, I would try contacting Etsy support. They have a help tab in the app inside the app. I hope this helps!

My download says html not zip,do you know the process for this file?
I'm not familiar with an html download. I'd recommend checking with your Etsy seller for instructions.
For me it said there are no purchases.
I just get a massive wall of text with letters and numbers when I hit download
So in downloading the stickers on my iPhone will it appear as PDF? Because I’m not seeing that but I don’t know if it’s going to appear as PDF. I did the steps you did on the iPhone but once I hit download files, like I had mentioned in the other comment, I get a page of all kinds of words I mean letters and numbers and all that sort so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong😫😫😫
If you purchased stickers as a PDF file that is what you will see once you download and unzip them. I would check with the seller if you have any questions. They will walk you through the process.

Ok don’t purchase anything from the app. The file will only show up on the app not both. Buy from website.
OK so I see where it’s being downloaded as “zip” but it doesn’t show up in my files anywhere. So now I’m starting to think I was just hustled😫. I hope not, I hope I find it
If you are having difficulty downloading the files, I recommend you contact the seller through Etsy's messaging system. It is their job to help you receive the files you purchased. Also, Etsy has built-in protection so you won't get scammed. If the seller does not respond in 24 hours or so, you can always contact Etsy customer support. I hope this helps!!
