I agree no one should be pressured to live their “best life”, but in being a teenager you can do so many things you can’t do as an adult. There’s this TikTok audio, I can’t exactly recite it word for word, but it’s something like “we learn to hate our bodies at 13, we wish we had bigger areas at 16, wondering why we hated ourselves at 24, wishing we thought we were cuter at 32, at 46 you want your old body back and want the joint aches to go away, and wondering why you weren’t more active or took the opportunities you were offered”. Basically nothing is ever good to us in the moment but looking back on it it was, so I guess it’s more like live the most fulfilling life as a teenager, not the best.
