It depends on how they fit you really. The Omni Breeze has rapidly overtaken the Omni 360 in popularity, but if it doesn’t fit you, it will suck! I would recommend going to your local Sling Library to try one, or hire one by post, from myself, or another Sling Library. If you don’t like it £165/£175 is A LOT of money wasted - better to know beforehand. You wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it! Is the difference between the Omni breeze & the new Omni dream is the material correct?
Yes, absolutely. They are identical apart from the fabric. The Omni Dream is cotton, the Omni Breeze is the soft flex mesh.
Do you find that the fabric of the omni breeze would be a bit rough on bare skin (thinking of summer and babies not wearing pants, just a onesie)?

Does the 360 and Omni 360 both have the little hoods in the zip compartment on the carrier or only the Omni?
They both have a sleep hood for bigger babies.
