The only thing they missed was giving the webs a retractable features when hes slinging since its part of his body. Instead of leaving it off like with nornal webs to make it more obvious they're tendrils and not webs.
I had a small feeling he was going to get this suit to make up for the fact that after Peter gets the black symbiote off, half of his abilities and skill trees were useless.

since this peter is a variant in the grand scheme of the spiderman multiverse i really love giving him the anti-venom suit, it's a really cool idea for peter imo, because we've seen decades of stories of peter getting the amazing abilities of the symbiote and losing them so seeing him get to keep them finally is really rewarding and it mean's absolutely nothing about the character as a whole cuz this is just one version of spiderman, let play station spidey have his symbiote lol
I feel the same way, its almost insane that in the multiverse there isnt one version of Spiderman with a good symbiote attached to him permanently. To see insomniac add a version of spiderman who is now permanently attached to a sumbiote, especially with the Anti Venom Symbiote and that we can play it is just amazing and very exciting. Like imagine all the good Peter and Anti Venom can do. If that as a spidey fan doesnt excite you then I dont know what will. We have seen many versions rejecting the alien but to see a story in which we can actively have a roll in how to use its powers is just great innovative storyline. I want to see Peter master all of Anti Venom skills and I wish to see him use more aggresive type of combat with the suit to heal players just like anti venom would. Hope a future DLC makes use of everything the suit could do.

I love what this represents for Pete story wise as well. He got this as a result of persevering through Venom’s corruption and for his constant hope to redeem Martin Li rubbing off on Miles somewhat. In a way, it’s all of Peter’s good deeds and morals coming back to validate all that he’s done and fought for so far. Anti-venom’s powers, both new and reutilized from his previous Venom abilities, serve as a visual and metaphorical reward for his selflessness.
I actually really like the permanence of the anti venom suit and its abilities, it changes the status quo in a good way and gives peter new powers to keep up with Miles
Even tho it’s basically the same suit, the black suit definitely feels stronger than the anti venom suit. This is probably because Peter stops holding back when the symbiote corrupts him so he should realistically be physically stronger with the normal symbiote.
It feels stronger as symbiotie cuz it’s not the whole symbiotr changing it’s only parts of it. Which venom is stronger it’s just anti venom + Spider-Man would win, a regular average joe can’t defeat venom with anti venom suit. Because venom can litteraly create armies around the whole of New York anti venom cannot, venom also has wings which anti dosent. Anti is just more effective at fighting symbioses but venom is stronger

Man I really wanted this to happen as I enjoyed seeing Peter and Harry fighting alongside each other and would've loved to see Peter teach Harry how to control his powers and emotions not to mention it'll help Harry in his goal to "Heal the World" but sadly if in the next sequel Insomniac doesn't change the conditions of Anti-Venom, we probably won't be seeing those kinds of moments again

However, due to the small remains of Venom that stayed inside Eddie's system after Venom left him, Lee's powers transformed Eddie into the Anti-Venom, an inverted version of the iconic Symbiote.
I like how they kept the origin of how anti-venom was made similar with Mr negative turning remnants of the venom symbiote into it just like he did in the comics
The anti venom suit isn't getting rid of his powers and the symbiote is permanently attached to him so no matter what, he will always have his powers and always have the symbiote.

Dude , as i was watching the entire fight , i realized how strong peter is , like , venom flew with him as he smashed his face in the ground and they even hit a fuel truck and after it explodes i thougt that they were hurt a lot , but no, spider just casually landed on venom like nothing happened to bot . Theyre durable as fuck , like war tanks.
Its a great idea. Peters been falling off and needed a power up. Miles has his electricity. Even in the shows peters always been about making up for his lack of power relative to his opponent with cleverness. Kind of weak since hes been on the avenger team. Also its so cool cuz its new and the white suit is just so clean. I loved symbiote spider man and wished for an arc where he tames it and they cooperate. It amplifies him in all ways but dark emotions are heavier than light so it would have been like a zen monk arc where he learns to deal with stronger inpulses. I love it though, very good 11th hour upgrade and gives him a true superpower beyond extra strength and crawling walls. The rpg guys knew what they were doing even if the writers were assholes. The only thing they missed with the suit is the seam on the neck is too neat, it should be like Harry's when the mask is off not as if its actual clothes, for realism.
The movement & combat in Spider-Man 2 are just insane. My boy mentioned he had completed it, so I thought. 💭 “why not give it a play through myself!?” …glad I did, because it’s insanely fun & I can’t stop playing it! 😅
Ya know what? I like it. I like him having permanent Anti-Venom powers. I like how they don't feel the need to return to a status quo at the end of every one of their games. It makes it more enjoyable as this version of Spidey slowly becomes more defined from the comic version.
I can’t tell if this is a comics run down or the game run down of the origin of the suit. Because that definitely isn’t the origin of anti venom in the comics. The origin of the anti venom is basically one of the venom symbiotes previously unnamed was captured by the life foundation and since in the comic venom cured Eddie Brock’s cancer they did experiments on this venom and at one point there was an accident and the symbiote got thrown into “life juice” which is basically pure life essence in liquid form. And the symbiote came out as anti venom. Anti venom has normal venom powers plus shape shifting, camouflage, the ability to create autonomous life, the ability to cure any ailment including but not limited to, blindness, deafness, cancer, mutant powers or any genetic powers, autism, and legit any illness or disability, immunity to fire, heat and sound based attacks, and he can bypass Spider-Man’s spider sense. He’s basically symbiote Jesus. A lot different than what you said…

He doesn’t have dark powers or light powers, he has Negative powers, and he can make people the opposite of themselves, and the opposite of Venom is Anti-Venom
one thing people need to know the suit doesnt give him the power since if you play the game then we would know that the symboite makes the suit so the suit is just a plus but the power is just him now
Peter did have a small amount of symbiote in his bloodstream for a long time, so maybe this is a reference to that. It seems pretty cool in conjunction with his powers and his technology.
FUN FACT: at the end of the game, Cindy Moon is introduced also known as silk so we might have 3 Spider-Man’s to play with and I would love to see how they will deal with the MJ storyline with it aswell cause silk is biologically supposed to have feelings for Peter so yea (I did read the comics that’s the source)
Honestly having Martin Li be the reason for anti-venom’s existence is just the perfect justification for including this suit in the game, totally unexpected and a real great suit to have for the final fights much like the doc Ock suit from the last game.
Everyone thinks these symbiote abilities are permanent but in the original anti venom run the origin of this symbiote is the same and eventually we see because it isn’t a full symbiote itself it can eventually just fade away with time. Or if it’s overused. Personally I think they’re gonna use carnage in the dlc as way to remove the anti venom from play

The only problem I had with the anti venom suit is that the surge mode still creates that angry effect and the takedowns are still very violent. Altho I understand that they probably won’t change it just for a suit but still
The anti-venom suit is needed in my opinion becuase the gameplay of miles is so much better than peter becuase of miles' venom so they needed something to balance them out.
This suit defeats the purpose of addiction because peter couldn't give up the suit due to the power it granted him and it made him a better spider-man. It's like taking Coke and dealing with the affects only for someone to come along and give you a different kinde of coke that has no negative side effects..that defeats the theme of addiction the story was trying to represent. It also leaves petter with no craving for the power of Venom symbiote which I think would of been better at a story aspect. But I understand Insomniac did wht they did for game play

Theres a bunch of different origins of where the anti-venom came from. One of em was eddie brock (without venom) getting in contact with mister negative. Wich turned the fragments of venom still in eddie's system into a anti-venom obsessed with curing people, including destroying the venom symbiote, but also curing peter of the radiation in his body wich gave him his powers.
That’s actually exactly how Anti-Venom was created. Li gave some of his energy to Eddie Brock with his powers, but remnants of symbiot was still in Eddie’s white blood cells. Not only does Anti-Venom have the power to counter every symbiot, but he can also heal any disease.
Before the game came out, i was telling my brother Peter will prob get the anti venom symbiote, since they cant just abruptly take away symbiote mechanics, as its a game. Glad to see i was right
Next game idea Peter doesn't remember things properly maybe because a boss fight at the start of the game during the story you unlock more of his memory
I feel like the end of the last dlc is going to lead into Peter transferring the anti-venom symbiote to Harry or even maybe a newly introduced Eddie Brock but i think it makes more sense for Peter to use it to save Harry.

@@ImperialGonki think they mean for traversal and parry. Traversal depends on the suit you are wearing but parry is stuck as symbiote until they update it and give us the option
My theory is that next game it’s revealed that the Anti Venom powers “wore off” or he gives it to harry to save his life

Fun fact: In the comics, Lee meets Eddie Brock (the og Venom) and uses his powers to cure Eddie's cancer (long story). However, due to the small remains of Venom that stayed inside Eddie's system after Venom left him, Lee's powers transformed Eddie into the Anti-Venom, an inverted version of the iconic Symbiote.
I like how they kept the origin of how anti-venom was made similar with Mr negative turning remnants of the venom symbiote into it just like he did in the comics
I thought that this might happen and i wish i made a video about it. It would have been so cool to be the guy that predicted the anti venom suit.

Story wise, it makes complete sense, it allows Peter to cut back as his powers dissipate, he'll have a kid and then lose the symbiote.
The anti venom suit isn't getting rid of his powers and the symbiote is permanently attached to him so no matter what, he will always have his powers and always have the symbiote.
@@The-No-one the anti venom suit cleanses disease, Peter's powers are a genetic mutation from a spider bite, a disease that favors him, anti venom doesn't know that and can't talk with Peter to stop it, the symbiote will be lost in the next game, don't know who gave you the idea that it's permanent but it isn't.
@@bartemis Doctor Connors literally states in the game that the symbiote has permanently attached Peter to it's hive mind and then Martin adds to that when he says that he can't remove it. The anti venom in insomniacs universe doesn't cure diseases or anything, it can't heal, it only gives the symbiote bonuses, nothing else.
@@bartemisyou’re confusing Anti venom from the comics with the one from Insomniac dude. They aren’t the same, even Venom is immune to fire in this universe. It was never said that it cure people, just burn/hurt others symbiotes. Add to that in this universe anti-venom comes from Peter and not Eddie, this probably change the properties of the « suit » on the owner

I actually really like it from a story perspective, too. it really bridges the gap between Peter and miles
The visuals with the really smooth tentacles remind me of Slender Man for some reason. Slender Spider is the character we need. Swinging on webs and stealing kids, just your friendly neighborhood Slender Spider.
People seem to forget the suit is also always healing him, which puts Peter at risk or having his mutation “healed”

Dude , as i was watching the entire fight , i realized how strong peter is , like , venom flew with him as he smashed his face in the ground and they even hit a fuel truck and after it explodes i thougt that they were hurt a lot , but no, spider just casually landed on venom like nothing happened to bot . Theyre durable as fuck , like war tanks.

Its a great idea. Peters been falling off and needed a power up. Miles has his electricity. Even in the shows peters always been about making up for his lack of power relative to his opponent with cleverness. Kind of weak since hes been on the avenger team. Also its so cool cuz its new and the white suit is just so clean. I loved symbiote spider man and wished for an arc where he tames it and they cooperate. It amplifies him in all ways but dark emotions are heavier than light so it would have been like a zen monk arc where he learns to deal with stronger inpulses.
I love it though, very good 11th hour upgrade and gives him a true superpower beyond extra strength and crawling walls. The rpg guys knew what they were doing even if the writers were assholes. The only thing they missed with the suit is the seam on the neck is too neat, it should be like Harry's when the mask is off not as if its actual clothes, for realism.
The movement & combat in Spider-Man 2 are just insane.

I like it. I like him having permanent Anti-Venom powers. I like how they don't feel the need to return to a status quo at the end of every one of their games. It makes it more enjoyable as this version of Spidey slowly becomes more defined from the comic version.

I can’t tell if this is a comics run down or the game run down of the origin of the suit. Because that definitely isn’t the origin of anti venom in the comics. The origin of the anti venom is basically one of the venom symbiotes previously unnamed was captured by the life foundation and since in the comic venom cured Eddie Brock’s cancer they did experiments on this venom and at one point there was an accident and the symbiote got thrown into “life juice” which is basically pure life essence in liquid form. And the symbiote came out as anti venom. Anti venom has normal venom powers plus shape shifting, camouflage, the ability to create autonomous life, the ability to cure any ailment including but not limited to, blindness, deafness, cancer, mutant powers or any genetic powers, autism, and legit any illness or disability, immunity to fire, heat and sound based attacks, and he can bypass Spider-Man’s spider sense. He’s basically symbiote Jesus. A lot different than what you said…
Actualy eddie brock in the comics became anti venom after martin lee tried to heal his cancer and his powers bonded with the venom particles
@@yasserlamhiyek no… in the comics the origin of anti venom was exactly what I said . Eddie Brock become something similar to anti venom but it’s not actually anti venom it’s more or less a prototype of the character. Venom cured Eddie Brock’s cancer not antivenom.

Peter did have a small amount of symbiote in his bloodstream for a long time, so maybe this is a reference to that. It seems pretty cool in conjunction with his powers and his technology.
I remember getting spoiled for this by a YT thumbnail but i was too stupid to think it was anything other than a new suit thankfully☠️☠️
FUN FACT: at the end of the game, Cindy Moon is introduced also known as silk so we might have 3 Spider-Man’s to play with and I would love to see how they will deal with the MJ storyline with it aswell cause silk is biologically supposed to have feelings for Peter so yea (I did read the comics that’s the source)

Honestly having Martin Li be the reason for anti-venom’s existence is just the perfect justification for including this suit in the game, totally unexpected and a real great suit to have for the final fights much like the doc Ock suit from the last game.

Everyone thinks these symbiote abilities are permanent but in the original anti venom run the origin of this symbiote is the same and eventually we see because it isn’t a full symbiote itself it can eventually just fade away with time. Or if it’s overused. Personally I think they’re gonna use carnage in the dlc as way to remove the anti venom from play

The only problem I had with the anti venom suit is that the surge mode still creates that angry effect and the takedowns are still very violent. Altho I understand that they probably won’t change it just for a suit but still

This suit defeats the purpose of addiction because peter couldn't give up the suit due to the power it granted him and it made him a better spider-man. It's like taking Coke and dealing with the affects only for someone to come along and give you a different kinde of coke that has no negative side effects..that defeats the theme of addiction the story was trying to represent. It also leaves petter with no craving for the power of Venom symbiote which I think would of been better at a story aspect. But I understand Insomniac did wht they did for game play

Theres a bunch of different origins of where the anti-venom came from.
One of em was eddie brock (without venom) getting in contact with mister negative.
Wich turned the fragments of venom still in eddie's system into a anti-venom obsessed with curing people, including destroying the venom symbiote, but also curing peter of the radiation in his body wich gave him his powers.

That’s actually exactly how Anti-Venom was created. Li gave some of his energy to Eddie Brock with his powers, but remnants of symbiot was still in Eddie’s white blood cells. Not only does Anti-Venom have the power to counter every symbiot, but he can also heal any disease.

Before the game came out, i was telling my brother Peter will prob get the anti venom symbiote, since they cant just abruptly take away symbiote mechanics, as its a game. Glad to see i was right
Next game idea Peter doesn't remember things properly maybe because a boss fight at the start of the game during the story you unlock more of his memory
I feel like the end of the last dlc is going to lead into Peter transferring the anti-venom symbiote to Harry or even maybe a newly introduced Eddie Brock but i think it makes more sense for Peter to use it to save Harry.
