Joe Keery and Natalia Dyer talk about Steve and Nancy's romantic tension, while Sadie Sink discusses Max's trip to the Upside Down and how Kate Bush saves her life. Sadie sink as MAX stole the show for me. Ep-4 might just be the best episode in the entirety of Netflix.

Sadie was wonderful. I know some think her grief and guilt over Billy is unrealistic because they had hated each other. But he WAS her brother and he died protecting her and her friends. I think the way she overcame Vecna is key to how El will defeat him too. Anger gives him strength. Fear and guilt of his victims feeds him. But love defeats him.
Yes but if you doesn't have anyone- friends or loving person how you can defeat him? Like I am scared he would kill me beacuse I don't have a person who would say I am here with you. So when they were saying it to Max and she was running to the gate I started to feel sadness I started to cry. I needed some time to calm down. What if I am like Vecna this boy who he was in the past and I need to end like him or like his victims beacuse they were lonely have no friends they have traumas so they have to die.
I spoiled something so don't expand this message if you didn't watch the season 4. Unless on your own responsibility.

I've known people who didn't get along with their siblings and yet when they died it almost destroyed them.
I think Max has the best scenes this season. Sadies just phenomenal

There were multiple poignant scenes actually, Max struggling to let herself grieve freely because of the rough relationship she had with Billy, Max closing up in therapy due to the nature of her trauma, pulling away from her loved ones, dealing with her mom's grief and not being able to be honest with her, even before Max was "cursed". Feel free to watch the season so far again, it's a shame everyone's deducing Sadie to that one scene, as if she just popped up at the end of Dear Billy and wasn't in the season til then...

Sadie Sink killed it. Millie gave a brilliant performance to the end and my God killer performance by David Harbour, so much warmth from Steve, Dustin, Nancy
I really love Enzo, the Russian guard who helped hopper and got locked up with him. I hope he makes it out of the season alive

sadie sink is INCREDIBLE this season. shes breathing so much life into the character of max its unbelievable. Dear Billy is one of my favorite episodes of the entire series. same with episode 7. the fact that the ending of that episode was filled with so many reveals that tie together two of the main plotlines, and the way it all played out genuinely gave me goosebumps. might be my favorite season yet…but season 1 will always be my favorite.
I love seeing Sadie talk more in these interviews. she used to be really shy when she was younger and would talk the least but now she’s talking the most out of everyone which is amazing. It really shows how much she has grown since then.
Really hope Sadie wins an Emmy for her performance.
Unfortunately, she'd be up against Patrick Fabian, who delivered a similarly emotional monologue, but his character actually died, which awards tend to favor.
She should definitely get a nomination though.
So I'm the only one who is *obsessed* with what Will painted? He put his painting in his bag in the last moment and Eleven thought he was acting strangely so maybe he knows something others don't know and painted it instead of saying it...

Sadie was perfect this season. She nailed it. She's such a talented young actress especially for her age. Remember Winona Ryder said Sadie is going to be like Meryl Streep. Well, she was right. She's gonna be huge in the future. Really huge.

Sadie Sink’s performance this season reminded me of Noah Schnapp in season 2. Both are extremely talented actors.
As soon as it came out I watched the whole thing in one sitting. It was AMAZING. Can’t wait for volume 2 to come out! #strangerthingsfan

Sadie STOLE AND ATE the entire show when I saw episode 4 I literally melted I mean like I understand though she’s going through so much: Billy’s death, Break up with Lucas, Not feeling fit in, etc the point is Max wanted to give up but realized there’s way more to come gained the confidence and slashed Vecna’s neck and ran until she stopped dropped and rolled💀💅
By stop drop and roll I mean she got out so she stopped dropped from the sky and rolled to lucas
Eddie is my new favorite character. From the trailer I was expecting a douchey character but he was great. Reminded me of Sam raimis brother a bit
This season is amazing. It was worth waiting. More things are going on, it's darker, you can feel more emotions. New characters are so cool (specially Eddie). I'm glad that Max became more important and she stole the show. A huge surprise for me was chemistry between Steve and Nancy. I thought that they ended up this chapter in their lives when they used to be together. I more liked Nancy with Johnatan. The new danger is wow. I can't find words to describe how I'm feeling about it. I also have a hope that El will be stronger than ever and her relationship with Mike won't fall apart . I understand what she's been through, it broke her but I'm very sceptic about her coming back to Papa after what he did to her. I still don't trust him. But it doesn't change that I cannot wait for the next episodes ❣️
Sadie sink's performance was amazing..we can see Max struggle in her face....when Lucas says she's like a ghosh we also felt it. And also Lucas says he misses her smile we also missed her laugh from season 3....I love her

I love that Eduardo is now apart of the cast. I absolutely love him in booksmart and the package! He is so funny and fits perfectly!

Am I the only one who hates the questions that's being asked in this interview? 😂 Like why ask questions they obviously can't answer such as if Nancy and Steve are gonna get back together? Or what are they gonna do without Eleven? They've been doing things without her this entire season LOL

Same. It seems like a waste of time. They can't spoil, so don't ask questions like "How does the show end?"🤣 I say, go into their process for preparing for the role, how it is to get back together, thoughts for where the character is in the episodes we've seen, etc.

Anyone else feel Joe and Natalia's reaction to the relationship question was exactly like how Steve and Nancy would react? Steve overtalks and Nancy is cryptic but has a bit of a shy smile going on.

My prediction is that Nancy is going to die saving Steve, now let me explain my logic. So this season they have obviously been bringing back Steve and Nancy’s chemistry, which many people assume is because they are trying to make an upcoming death more dramatic and emotional. Most people think it’s Steve that’s going to die, but it’s Stranger Things, they’re not that predictable. They aren’t going to show clips of Steve looking like he’s going to die in the trailer of a season where Steve actually does die. Like with the 001/Vecna twist, no one saw that coming, and it was for sure not hinted at in the trailer. Steve is in danger though, as we know from the demobat bites, which could connect him to the upside down, but he is not going to die from this, this is going to be what Nancy tries to save him from. Here’s why they would give a heroic death scene to Nancy: Every season they bring up Barb’s death somehow, even though she was barely in the show and had little substance as a character. This is because of the guilt that Nancy feels for thinking she caused the death of a friend. Most recently, when Nancy becomes possessed by Vecna right at the end of episode 7, she has visions of Barb again and is confronted by Vecna about how she caused the death. I just know that the writers are going to give her a redemption arc, and when she sees Steve in danger with the upside down, she is not going to sit back this time, she is going to save him. We already saw how she’d do anything for him, since she jumped in the water when Steve was sucked into the gate. Now Nancy and Steve’s entire story lines are going to come together in a dramatic death scene where, right when the audience thinks that Steve is going to die in the upside down, Nancy comes in and saves his life by sacrificing hers. And then, when everyone is waiting anxiously on the other side, Steve has to come back bringing Nancy’s body and everyone cries and hugs each other, because it is finally over, but at the loss of someone very special.

i didn’t think nancy was gonna die bc she is alwyss the investigator who figures stuff out BUT in one of natalia’s interviews they asked her about a spin off show for characters and she said something like “if they make it out alive” AND there’s a scene you can see in the trailer where mrs wheeler and the littlesT wheeler daughter are HYSTERICAL
They keep adding to the cast every season. There is going to be an army of people fighting monsters by the end of the series.

Season 4 is my favourite season so far, it had some genuinely creepy moments, a scary villain that felt like a genuine threat and all the intertwining stories worked well.
If I was Jonathan's actor I'd be pissed at being turned into a dumb stoner.

I feel like Charlie is just staying in the show for money. Because whenever he's on set he seems disinterested wouldn't blame him. The way they write Jonathan since season 1 has been baffling. Never seen a character with that much potential being trashed.

I can’t wait to see more scene with argyle and Susie! I really enjoyed their parts in the show! Maxs “grief” and “guilt” for billy just seemed like a reach that came out of nowhere it didn’t fit with season 3 where it left off, it came out of left field.
