It's great to have some difficulty and I get the people on the side of "Don't be a crybaby, git gud", but the whole point of an MMO (at least for me) is to try have players of varying skill levels be able to participate. I don't mean to dumb things down and make it brain dead, but people are quick to roll their eyes if you suggest M+ is even remotely too difficult. There's a reason a lot of people have said it doesn't feel good.
The issue is, there is little % of the player base that does m+ and we casual m+ers are a majority of that % and they are tuning it for the top players . But this is why we feel unheard because in reality most of the people clear normal and do heroic dungeons and m0s at best while collecting stuff and doing world content , now they added delves which fragments the m+ casual playerbase even more . This is why it feels like it’s tuned for top 0.0001%
45 mins ago there was a blue post with major changes / nerfs to dungeons like priory of the sacred flame. no more mortal strike from arathi footmen! cast times on mobs have been increased. tank busters were reduced or removed. W changes! not saying all is perfect, but I love to see blizz listening to concerns. have to thank ppl like you Marcelian for all your videos and coverage on the unfortunate state of dungeon gameplay and M+ in wow. thank you so much man, you're helping make our game better. appreciate ya man

As a casual player myself, these videos remind me why I never play M+. Overtuned or not, my brain just can‘t keep up with all the stuff going on at the same time. 😂😂
You need to start slowly and allow time to pass. You will be amazed how much you can improve!! The top players are not there because they are "special"... Mainly, the only thing they do that most of us can't do is spending 8-12hrs of practice on many days of the week!!!

The shred is surprising at first but in fact it's a cast, pops under everyone and ticks after half a second, it's not that hard to dodge once you're used to the mechanic.
the mechanic of "spawn the thing directly under the players feet" has always felt so cheap to me. weather its endless swirlies or knock ups or now these buzz saws. it says to me it doesnt matter how well you position or know the fight, you're going to need to constantly interrupt your casts. this is not something i experienced pretty much at all running every dungeon 1-80 when i was playing FF14. i cant remember any other than the occasional spread out or stack up markers, which were more of a team mechanic, and their occurrence in the monster or bosses rotation was usually fairly predictable. also now that we've taken FF14s ground markers, can we take their tank buster visual too? i shouldnt need an addon or stopping to read a whole ass dungeon journal just to remember for every single boss in the entire game which obscure, randomly named grey move is going to 100-0 me as a tank. give busters a generic visual warning
Flame, where is da sweater? New dungeon by Ian - he makes this less brutal for players, oh wait.... We got new visualization of swirles - this is major change he was yaping all the time - we should be thankful for him, it is so easy now!
This patch is looking like a complete banger so far. Only thing left to see is the raid need it to be good, especially in my opinion the last couple of raids have been very meh.
So much of a disconnect, whatever they can say in interview. They received month of data and feedback, month of decrease in population, month of complains and blocked meta. What do they do? Keep going head on into the same wall... How do they expect us to be happy and thrilled about this? Everything around 11.1 is a sh!tshow, how can you not give any classes updates in a PTR full with blunders and useless changes. I mean the only thing they have right now is the artwork team that is doing a good job, everybody else is failing miserably, time to wake up and maybe replace some of these heads that lead nowhere!
Blizz, wants to get rid of addons, then makes so much shit you have to track. I honestly might step away this xpac. The last time I took a break was shadowlands.
I'd rather have overtuned dungeons in a testing enviroment and just KNOW they'll get nerfed later on than playing undertuned dungeons where tanks do MDI pulls and eveything just dies and you KNOW these will be buffed later on

the cartoony swirlies are definitely a necessary change. may not match WoW's aesthetic, but we need to be able to see the swirlies somehow, and i'd rather have functionality over Graphics. i mean hell, i'm playing a 20 year old game here, Graphics are obviously not high on my list of priorities.
I played only healer since WOW coming out. This is the first time when i not enjoyed the heal gameplay. Not fun to me. All mistake is punishing, too many things one time and constans high aoe damage.....so, i leve this game, because this is not fun to me as healer, and i want play for fun.
The dungeon looks great, makes fun and have something new. And the scaling is normal. They do this 1 or 2 weeks before release like every patch 😅 the new animations are good, was time to make them better 😂 and if i look at undermine as zone its absolute perfection. So it would be the perfect place for tinker class and some more updates to customazing youre gnomes, mechagnomes & goblins 😅
I play Ret so melee to medium range but....how is a caster supposed to enjoy moving every second to avoid some 1 shot mechanic? When do you cast? And this new dungeon was not designed with fun in mind, it was designed with making M+ as miserable as possible. All these crap mechanics plus seasonal affixes is gonna make this a chore and causing even more people to leave M+.

ULALAAA :)) i love to play M+ , but i think at this moment are all stuff going on the SAME TIME .. in the past was like " in 3 sec all need to jump " , now is " in 3 sec jump , no go right , fuck left , aoe is coming" .. bro :)) sometimes is funny but most of the time , nope :)) especialy if u have a team who dont use theirs KICKS and CC ..
People repeat that line every patch (it’s just alpha, it’s just beta, it’s just the PTR), and every patch we see evidence of Blizz not addressing the feedback.
@ I would have agreed with you a while back but they have shown a big change in the way the receive and act on feedback in the past year or so. It’s also important to note that PTR isn’t on a nightly build. They have already said the PTR is way out of date from their development environments. Here’s to hoping there are some good changes on the way
You don't have to do keys higher than 10 or 11. Just because no life try hards push 17s doesn't mean you have to. Also try hard no lifers who can only do keys on broken op specs

The "swirly" replacement is reminiscent of Wildstar - I'm glad they made this change. Make the mechanics VISIBLE. This is such an amazing improvement.

Shreddation has a cast showing its coming.. plus an audio and 2 visual clues... its the exact same as bramble burst in mists. This isn't hard at all.
And....Going to see those sub numbers tank because the Devs think they are smarter then the players.

Seems like perfect dungeon for holy priest. Need to move all the time while healing which can be done while standing still. Oh and sarcasm...
