Well, it isn't that complicated. I did a tutorial on how to use blender and from that I was able to make incredibly simple shapes and since blender has an option to animate shapes with music I just plugged my music into that.
While I did enjoy making this stuff, the process of making them was so incredibly tedious; it took so much effort and rendering them took hours, it was seriously not worth it.
So I just use fl studio's visualizer now, but I'm glad you like them!
If you want to learn how to do these for yourself, search up "how to make a donut in blender", it's a long series but that's the tutorial I took.
