All detail explain in HPF AND AS video..... etc. Hindi, English basic Drafting, leave rules, pension benefit, pay fixation, HPFR-2009,HP lottery and treasury rules 2017, Budget Formations rule and process all some part of current GK.

For HPFAS exam first of all one person should a govt employee and have 5 year continue regular service
Application invite by HPPSC SHIMLA
for limited seat for competition exam and selection made on basis of such exam only. If qualified than you have to go though 2 year training at HIPA.
after completing the training your appointed as SECTION OFFICER and you be come the employee of HP FINANCE DEPPARTMENT
This exam only for promotion in same department.
