If you want to kill filibuster early you need pirate cat to kb bore to the Base and apple cat to freeze and they summon a unit that has long rang and make sure he only hits the base and filibuster so you can kill filibuster early or if you are lucky enough you will kill the base

That's maglev cat, express cat's evolved form. You can unlock express cat by beating realm of carnage, a stage that appears occasionaly and by being lucky/using treasure radar. Then upgrade with xp.
