I found me one at the Goodwill 5 yrs ago $20! Works flawlessly. The best secret is you can connect speakers in a straped mono mode which is 200 wpc. I found that out by another guy who was a seller. He sent me manual and he was right. So if you find one, they are listed cheaper than the Kenwood m2a, which i also got with the preamp control from a guy who was ex military and just wanted to get rid of it 😮. I gladly accepted his incredible low price. My Cerwin vegas D9e, D8, 316r, U-15, all are connected with my equalizers and amps. Boom is the word. Ignore any bad reviews, with 7-10 channel equalizer you can dial in the sound you desire, Rock, Rap, Gospel, Blues, Jazz, Symphony all sound great in my set up. Getting me some more D9's verry soon one day, im extreme on bass, and i love it loud!! Edit: Forgot to mention you need 2 of these for strap mode! So depending on the price it may be worth it, or not vs the Kenwood's, since prices are now $200-400. Still many are not aware of the sleeping giants power. So shhhh 🤫

My dad bought Sanyo tape deck recorder back in 1983, the sound great for me as a kid at that time.

Thanks for the video. Did you have to do anything with the cooling "system"? I thought these used some sort of freon system?
As long as the cooling pipe isn’t compromised, all that needs to be done is remounting the outputs on new thermal interfaces. No mods are required.
