my guy, skipped all the iconic songs like of the top of my head uh the correct minecraft theme, indiana jones, boheiman rapsody, lord of the rings, maybe church songs and alot that probably better than 75 Mario, Zelda and Pokemon themes
I feel like it would be interesting to do some data analysis with this, with people marking where in each song they felt it was familiar, where they recognized it, where they remembered a genre/setting/composer, and if they guessed right. It would be easy if you just asked for a list of which songs they got each of those milestones for, but I think the timing would be especially interesting. Anyway, was a fun video :)
"Axel F" is actually original composition by Harold Faltersmayer, the title of the song is an acronym for Axel Foley, which is a name of the detective in "Beverly Hills Cop" movie (played by Eddie Murphy), the song is title song from the movie's OST. Made in 1985.
The Crazy Frog version has him saying "Ding Ding" between each iconic set of notes. While that version is uncreative and lazy, it is in fact what the uploader used, hence the high "dun dun" between each chunk of notes.

I keep seeing a lot of comments about the Green being right hand and blue being left hand. Green is the melody while the blue is the backtrack. Sometimes you switch hands while playing melody because it gets awkward having to play with your arms crossed over eachother to play green with right and blue with left

So a couple of clarifications, #27 from the Legend of Zelda is actually called "overworld", and Axel F was originally made by Harold Falthmayer, however the two notes in the pause make it the crazy frog version.

I feel like it would be interesting to do some data analysis with this, with people marking where in each song they felt it was familiar, where they recognized it, where they remembered a genre/setting/composer, and if they guessed right. It would be easy if you just asked for a list of which songs they got each of those milestones for, but I think the timing would be especially interesting. Anyway, was a fun video :)
"Axel F" is actually original composition by Harold Faltersmayer, the title of the song is an acronym for Axel Foley, which is a name of the detective in "Beverly Hills Cop" movie (played by Eddie Murphy), the song is title song from the movie's OST. Made in 1985.

Harold also wrote the top gun theme. the guy is an 80s film score icon
The Crazy Frog version has him saying "Ding Ding" between each iconic set of notes. While that version is uncreative and lazy, it is in fact what the uploader used, hence the high "dun dun" between each chunk of notes.
Funny, when I first saw Crazy Frog, it was the Knight Rider theme.
My heart nearly melted when I heard Goldenrod city play. It had been such a long time since I have played and even thought about pokemon Heartgold, and to hear that again, all the memories came flooding back. Memories of Pokemon and my childhood. A lot of my childhood has been lost from my memory due to time passing. Thank you for bringing some memories back.

I keep seeing a lot of comments about the Green being right hand and blue being left hand. Green is the melody while the blue is the backtrack. Sometimes you switch hands while playing melody because it gets awkward having to play with your arms crossed over eachother to play green with right and blue with left

I paused during the first note of Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy because I thought you already did the previous one, but it was the Athletic Theme (without researching, I am unsure of the difference between them). That first note reminded me of the correct answer, and, studying the chords that I could see, I made my guess: Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy from The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky.
