- How to make clay roses!
I have come up with a new technique which makes making roses very easy and beginner and child friendly! I hope you like it!
I'm also explaining a more difficult and time consuming way of making roses.
See for yourself which way you like best! I would love to see your results!
Bisque fire: 1020°C / 1868°F / cone 06

Amei a técnica de trabalhar as pétalas unidas na parte debaixo. E esticar com o rolo para afinar. A técnica mais rápida que vi. Obrigada pela aula.
Great video. I really liked the fast pace. Thank you for sharing.
Great techniques. I love the results. Thank you for sharing 😊
Very nice. My students are going to love this.

Great tutorial! Thank you!
Thanks so much, these are so fun!
Looks great
those are gorgeous!
I have been doing various ceramic flowers and experimenting. Great tutorial. I really like your innovation of laying the slab flat, cutting the scallops and rolling. Notably the extra rolling after removal of the excess clay is brilliant. I struggle with making the petals thin and delicate and that’s a great technique!
So nice, thank you 🌹
Absolutely brilliant! ...be careful not to use 13 petals if it's to be a wedding gift!
I really appreciate you sharing all your secrets. Thank you, Karl... (with a K?)

Dankjewel!!
Can’t you just roll out clay to the thickness you want and use a cookie cutter or something similar to cut out your round shapes? Easier and it should work? Thanks.
what is the best way to fire these once complete
But how we prepar this paste please?
How to use these flowers...I mean in flower vase we cannot keep na
I’m sorry if you said this but what kind of clay are you using? These are sooo beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
I didn't mention it, I use 254 from www.potterypassion.com/products
I have ceramic’s tomorrow and my moms getting a bloody rose no multiple
Put a bunch of holes in that wad of clay you placed the rose in to stand up and it will dry very fast.
Great advice! I'll do that in the future😁
