Heh, nice job! Took me ages to finish this level, although ended up doing it in a similar manner.
Kinda stuck on Pyrotechnics now, proving to be a real pain as all the soldiers views seem to overlap each other. I did manage to get to the oil tanks but I fudged up my quicksave and for some reason my profile keeps deleting itself, so had to restart. I'll give another stab at it in a few days though.

Yes I agree! Enemy Sniper shaking his hands don't know how to shoot! Diver killing five man patrol at ease! Three man patrol just locking the target like a single enemy solider. Such a waste mod it is!!!
