I have read the book "Trading in the Zone" which explains the key rules why it became as rules that behind the "facts". When know the facts behind the rules, it helps a lot to realize clearly and self understanding greater degree and integrate it in our brain function way.
I suggest to read the book for better psychology improvements and understand what is real meaning of "killing emotions or trading as robots " ? Then it's so easy to do it during trading.
