@@BassGSothertype They should make OGs and 2nd OGs with English translation for PC first, that should be minimal work for more profit, while making the next OGs game.
The translation is not THAT bad. It's pretty literal most of the time which comes across as rough but personally I think it's better than having someone add a wrong interpretation. Some things however are completely stupid: Putting a W into Hagane (it's translated as Hagwane, also Kurogwane), why? It makes no sense. During Twin Bird Strike Seolla and Arado count 1,2,3 in German which would be Eins, Zwei, Drei. The translation is Einst, Zwei, Dry. Omfg, they got 2 right but didn't realize 1 and 3? Granteed is also known as Gyokuza Ki. So were they unable to figure out that it means Throne Machine? Same with the fury boss mecha... they simply don't translate Koutei Ki. It's Emperor Machine. And what the hell is Funentai? No non-Japanese speaking person will understand that lol Negative Feeling unit... sounds terrible ok, just scrap the word and call them Lamalice as a group. But other than that, you always know what's going on, the story parts are well translated. I hope they take the criticism and give it a little more attention to detail next time.
The w in Hagane and Kurogane came from the romanized version of the names (shown in both the art books and the Divine Wars anime) the translators likely used those as a reference. The German F-Up.....no excuse for that.
They thing is, most of the characters and units already have 'official' translations since OG 1 and 2 on the GBA, it takes a week at most to have a guy finish either game and go through the names
I understand why people would be mad about the translation mistakes, especially considering how many there are in Moon Dwellers as well as in V. Personally, I didn't find them that annoying, since some of them did sound kinda funny when read out loud. For example, I remember one part in V in which a character (I assume) said "Tobia to Kinkedu tachi" in the Japanese version, but they translated it as "Tobia and the Kinkaidos" XD
Moon Knights makes everything more awesome.
Also wow, the music for cosmo nova's dynamic kill! It's just brilliant, and fitting too
It's a shame they don't animate him summoning his Discutter anymore. :(
6:14 - Because Heroes NEVER LOOK at Explosions !!!
lol
IT'S CYBUSTER, YOU JETZ!!!
+Nigel McDivine The Japanese is サイバスタ (Saibasuta), so both romanizations are technically correct.
That's how they put it in game
At least it's not the Hagwane.

Even is old,but better than the 30th anniversary ......
30 uses the same crap they did in X which is horrible.
hoping future Super robot wars have this kind of graphics and animation not just OG
I wish this game was on the switch like V, T, and X.
I actually really like the OGS cast, but none of the good games are in English.
Who knows, the next OG might be on the Switch as well as the PS4
