なんでこんな鳥頭がバチクソにかっこいいやら速水さんを選んでくれてありがとうとか展開と作画天才だろとか見てから更にわかるこのMVのカッコ良さとか色々言いたいけどとりあえず全てに感謝しとく

Dont care, watching this is what got me into reading the series.
I was freakin annoyed with ppl when I was watching the fight. it is always ppl complaining about to much dialogue and not enough action, but with this 1 they were complaining it was dragging on. like stfu, what do you want? make up your fkn minds. for me it was perfect as a show case of gaming and an author that understands it. the use of different skills, the cool downs, buffs being stacked, parameters met for certain skill activation, boss phases. all of it. if you know and understand different genres of videogames, it was fkn perfect
@@idealicfool That isn't a contradictory pair of complaints in any way. A fight sequence can be drawn out too long with or without dialogue bogging it down. And in this case, it had a lot of unnecessary exposition and do-nothing scenes. Over 2/3rds of the fight is Pencilgon standing around doing nothing but commentating, redundant animation sequences, or clunky exposition. And Oikatzo's contribution is almost entirely off-scene for no reason despite it being a massive part of the fight's narrative. It's also a terrible showcase of game mechanics, because the narrative only remembers mechanics exist for tension and then conveniently ignores them the rest of the time.
@@idealicfoolnot everyone understand how storybuilding works,people just watch cuts of hype moments without context because it’s available in YT,not like 1980s where you miss 1 episode and have to wait until the series got rebroadcasted.
@@KaleidosXXIi have never seen a VR MMO anime so i think it is quite difficult to assume what we can or can’t do in it.example would be fighting game where the choices are limited by controller and what the game dev created them for.I’d assume you are really free to sommersault or anything outside of you can do in real life but when compared to enemies it took accounts of your stats.Can you refer me another MMO anime?

The craziest part is the fact that both sword slices are just SLIGHTLY different in how they sound. The first one sounds like a slice that went through and actually hit, the second one sounds like the slice was parried instead. Such cool sound design ❤

This Band really came out of nowhere and made 2 OPs which are both so incredible that they are some of the best OPs for me.
Really liked to see the extended Version as an AMV, really fitting Visuals.

FZMZハマったからアニメ見てみる〜
I found SLF purely by accident. Saw some of the clip pics, but never watched them. Bird mask man goes murderhobo in MMO. Ok, all prior MMO Anime's fell flat on their face, including SAO. Then I watch a review of spring anime. Frieren, Apothecary Diaries, etc. Then SLF came up and the first thing the review sais is "It achieved what SAO couldn't and is a genuine MMO Anime". That caught my attention. Watched the first few episodes, and saw how real world game mechanics were implemented in SLF. General gaming knowledge shining through and not just made up nonsense to sound cool like in SAO. Got my friends into it, and now we have watch parties catching up on all the amazing new spring anime that has popped up every week including SLF.
Lads, it's been a good year for anime.
