@@swingyoucats No matter what the song, I usually do not like the "intros" like that. The tune is totally different, and it's simply a vehicle to introduce some un-needed background information to the song. They are hard to sing too! I say, get to the "meat" of the song; it's what the audience wants to hear anyway. With "intros" they just sit there scratching their heads and wondering, "Now, what song is this going to go in to?" Just a rant on my own personal opinion! Loved Rebeca's version however.
She kept it "real" ... a most pleasant and lyrical voice ...big applause ... the waiters need to be punished for all that dish banging I hear in the background -- or is it the noisy eaters? Anyway, big applause!!!
I love the American Songbook numbers and she does them wonderfully.
Beckie, Beckie just beautiful as usual. Harry Warren just the best tunesmith ever
What a charming, easy-to-listen-to performance. Love Becky's voice and the band is wonderful indeed.
The band plays this classic straight and she sings without over embellishing the melody like most people do... so soothing!
gentle lady ...cool voice ! !
one of my favourite songs, and this is a beautiful rendition! love it.
Music: Harry Warren & Lyrics: Al Dubin - From "42nd Street" (Warner Bros. 1933) Nice performance!
love her..
ベッキー様、最高です。
Love this song, not too thrilled with the intro, but, why not! LOL
Real life, as it happens. These morsels are valuable to me. Sorry it didn't charm!
