I'll give some advice here, as someone who's proficient in physical coaching. Never tell anyone to wear ankle weights whilst walking, etc. What you are actually doing is unhinging the spine over time, you start to weaken the lower back muscles that support the spine. You'll have lower back problems, that cannot be supported by even a strong abdominal area. Ankle weights should only be used by movement of which you will be raising the legs, thereby you are not extending the spine away from the lower back. Ankle weights used when walking etc, not only cause an imbalance or injury, they also cause coordination problems.

I bought that same program. And I also bought the Roadmap. It wasn't until I found Digital Boss Academy that I found a winner. It doesn't focus on reselling the course at all. It has information on everything! Anything related to anything you can possibly think of. From digital products to virtual assistant. I'm not trying to sell you. I just relate.
