Sir,please give free lectures for indirect tax other than GST
Sir in case of Exports , it means taking goods out of India to a place outside India . But Sir India also includes 200 Nm .So if I send goods in 150 Nm ,will it be considered Export or Not?Or we need to see only till 12Nm for Export ??
For export it is 12 Nm to be considered.

Sir if goods are coming from 100NM into India and the outside India is beyond 200 NM then will it be called import or not ?
No
If if goods export kare and goods fak de in sea kya export hoga because goods place outside india
Yes hoga, but you will not get any export benefits as there is no consideration received.
