I bought 3 clubs a year ago. Haven't really practiced. I am 50 years old and have 5 kids. They laugh everytime I drop them. But... I am setting a goal this summer to help my brain. I am following every one of your videos from 1 club and up. You are amazing. Your brain MUST have Crazy neurons firing at all times!!!
Awesome to hear! 2 Club spinning and manipulation in general is an also great way to get more acquainted with clubs without the constant dropping that can get a little disheartening at times in the beginning. Glad you’re enjoying the classes! My brain works pretty well for learning physical skills for sure. Spatial orientation is high! Still have a hard time with names and trivia stuff…
