UPDATE: I was able to contact the Aura Estelle team and we communicated on the issue so that everything can be resolved! I am so thankful that I was able to get in touch and clear up the problem once and for all! 💕
I ordered same cover on Black Friday sale I didn’t get a canvas tote?
Maybe it was limited stock or only for the first few orders?
I had a similar situation! I ordered 2 planner covers as well as other items and I did not get the sale price. I emailed them and let them know about it and they said that the prices were correct. Because I opted for the freebies, I didn't get the sale price. I wish I had known this because I would have preferred the sale price and not the freebies. The whole experience left a bad taste :(
Aw man! I am messaging them now about the situation as they contacted me to send the wrong cover back to them. I hope they respond again about this other situation. I wouldn’t have paid for the two kaweco items if I knew I wasn’t getting the sale price. I paid full price and then paid more for a freebie I would have already redeemed

@@murielleh6241 Thank you for commenting! I updated the situation in my pinned post. I was able to contact them and everything was sorted out including the wrong planner cover!
