I have never heard a description of moon in the first house like this one, this is so accurate! Especially that whole part of the narcissist and energy vampires! I have Aquarius moon and Rising, conjunct Saturn and Venus in the first house.
I think you did a great job with the 1st house. I also have moon in the 1st house. Pisces sun, Scorpio moon and Scorpio rising. WATER EVERYWHERE..... I often have to make sure energy is right in order to be my best self. Working out does wonders for me. After I go to the gym I often feel very clear. I also can get sick depending on my emotional state. I have always been a healer and it took me a long time to set healthy boundaries. Sometimes I have to play dumb to peoples issues when I am not in a place to give over my gift. I now choose who to uplift. And sometimes tough love is better than giving giving giving. I find that some people can use encouragement to seek the answers they need on their own rathe than giving my cup constantly.

I feel totally seen!! One of the big struggles I had a up to a few years ago was learning to discern to what people I shared my caring energy with. Before that, I was just giving it away, feeling totally exhausted coming back home after work and after a whole day of talking with coworkers who just came to me to talk about their feelings, looking for advice because they knew I was someone who listens and tries to help others. So 'discerning' is like a big keyword for a placement like this. I particularly have a Pisces Rising but it lies in the 27° of Pisces, and as my second house starts around 25° Aries and my moon is in 15° Aries, I have an aries moon on my first house in Pisces. That's why I also feel the part about working out really clicks for me: I've been reading a lot about Aries Moon and Gemini Mars and they are always telling me to work out (which I've been avoiding, because I really do not like doing that; I go out for walks when I'm stressed, tho, so that tracks back to needing movement to cope with overwhelming feelings haha). But the one unfortunate fact remains that my mother was an emotional vampire, she used to scream, cry and tell me all her problems when she was mad at the world while feeding me and changing my diapers. one thing i will say that is unique about what you are sharring, i’m adopted and ikr tying my best to decipher if the “mother resonance” is something I went thru. i believe my mother loved language and i loved her patience with my curiosity so I knew i could go what does this mean? and she’d help me navigate thru that with love.
