Jaz! I know for a FACT that this is not a lie!! I did a higher self week June 2023 in my most favorite US city. I knew I had been wanting, longing and dreaming to move to that city for a while. I just always felt my best, my happiest, most alive, most free and most at peace in this particular city. Whenever I'd go to visit, I felt like I was home and when I had to leave to go back to my real home, I physically felt heartbroken. My heart never returned back to my home of origin, but whenever I would touch down in this particular city, I felt reunited with my heart again. Sounds crazy, I know lol. Nevertheless, last June, I rented a nice luxury apartment Bnb in the area of this city I saw myself in and literally embodied actually living there through and through. I did a spa day, ate great food, went to my first fine dining restaurant, made my first real luxury purchase, did exercise classes, went to shows, museums, etc. and I even got the courage of conquering my long term fear of downward escalators while here! I also journaled every night about my day and what I was grateful for. I remember sitting out in the patio of my Bnb at night looking at the beautiful courtyard and the lovely warm night sky and I thought to myself and even wrote in my journal "today is a visit, tomorrow this is home!" Well, I'm excited to say that as of 3/30/24, I now LIVE in my dream city and get to call this place home for real this time!! I'm currently living in my dream apartment in my dream city and ironically, it just happens to be only 8 minutes away from the Bnb I stayed at last June, which was not at all planned lol! I know this was long, but I hope that my story can inspire you. This ish really does work! Thank you so much Jaz! I've been following you for a while now and you genuinely inspire me to be a better person and my life and glow up journey has gotten so much better because of you. I implement a lot of your tips in my daily life and it makes me feel so luxurious. Whenever I'm feeling down, I just hop on UA-cam cuz I know that my virtual lil sis is gonna bring that 🔥🔥!! I'm so grateful for such a positive influence in my life.
There is SO much power in physically placing yourself in the environment you desire to create in your own lives, ladies! One thing I did to start, was dressing up and having just an appetizer or a cocktail at high end hotels in my city. Being in the environment is so powerful, wonderful tips here Jaz!
I did this for my birthday in October. I didn’t call it a higher self day, just a Me Day. Lol It was the best 48 hours of alone time doing what I wanted to do and it felt amazing. I went to the spa and got the works, ate at the best restaurants, did some shopping, and took some yoga classes. The peace I felt was unmatched. I wish that for all of us. Now I’m going to start calling it a Higher Self day. Lol Love the content! 💚

I love this. Solo trips are so empowering. And I’ve been doing the birthday higher self day for years. I look forward to it every year. And because I plan it and make it a really good self care day or two days, I don’t feel guilty about the splurge. I get the best pedicure package, and extra luxurious facial, a massage, all the good stuff, grab a super indulgent latte, and take myself shopping. I started adding in the stay in a nice hotel and check in early, take time getting ready, like it’s my own place, this past year, so I love to see you telling women about this, because it really does make you feel motivated to keep showing up for yourself and just makes the whole experience better when you plan and change your surroundings for it.

The conflict for me is that there are variations of my higher self when I envision her. One version is wild and outspoken, the other is super feminine and private, low key. I don't know which one to be lol
I figure it will depend on the time and place lol. The mood, the agenda. I thought about how my higher self would be more bold in my interactions with others, and then there’s the higher self that is simply to myself enjoying my own company . Because I have no problem spending money on nice things / treating myself. My lower self likes to treat me too , she just be strugglinggggg lol.
It’s the same entity I’d say. Sometimes you need gentleness, sometimes assertiveness. Sometimes peace, sometimes war. Your Higher Self knows WHEN to be either of those things. The more you learn the balance in the duality, the more you become that version of yourself. Hope this helps. Have a great day 😊
This video came at such a perfect time. I'm having a little staycation in a hotel for night tommorw. I'm so excited and have honestly been planning and saving up for this for months. It wasn't easy but it was worth it. I had to save money because I'm off work until august 23 but I'm a teacher's assistant and don't get paid in the summer. So I put away like 3,000 to just enjoy my summer while paying off my debts too. I also have another hotel stay in July. I want to do it once a month once I go back to work too.
Hey I just scheduled my driving lessons my first driving lesson is Sunday June 23rd 3-5pm and then my next lesson is Monday July 1st 2-4pm I'm so excited 2 prepare myself 2 get my drivers license

I’ve been trying to do this daily (In small things) in order to be that higher self on that day I’ve chosen. I do the day and that kinda tells me what I need then everyday it’s on the back of my mind like “would my higher self eat this snack?” Since my higher self has a snatched waist so I put the candy down. It works wonders and I have the fun kind of adhd so ladies give it a go ❤❤❤
I could totally see you thriving in NYC!! I travel a lot to the city from DC, and it’s my escape to paradise. NYC just brings such a great atmosphere with unique experiences; you just feel like you’re on top of the world there. So glad you took the time to get out of ATL 😭😂🩷 I lived in Nashville for a while and it was fine… but nothing compares to a day in NYC!!
