[2 ~ 3 servings of ingredients]
Required: 1 kg of beef ribs, 1 green onion, 1 onion, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 3T of brown sugar, pepper, 1t of sesame oil, 1T of garlic
Choice: 2 ~ 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, mushroom (Eitake or oyster), 1 t fish sauce (fish sauce), 1 t oyster sauce
[how to make]
1. Wash the ribs well and soak them in water for 1-3 hours
2. Cut vegetables into suitable sizes
3. Mix 3T of brown sugar, pepper, 1t of oyster sauce, 1t of fish sauce, 1t of sesame oil and 1T of garlic to make a sauce
4. Instant Pot Saute 10 minutes-Set to More and cook the ribs
5. Add 1 cup of prepared vegetable and sauce to water and set Steam to 50 minutes-High Pressure
6. Quick release when cooking is complete.

좀전에 만들어 아이들과 먹었는데 아주 만족스러운 저녁 메인 요리였어요 참고로 금막있는 질긴 소고기살로만 만들었거등요 헌데 마지막 멘트처럼 진짜부드러웠고 넘 맛있게 먹어서 레시피 찜했습니다~👍
