I have 2015 cb shine 22000kms driven still feels new engine runs smooth after oil change needs one service a year...good build quality just a little colour fade is there...love my bike.

3150 kms driven here.
Mileage varies from 60-75 kmpl.
Typical Ghunnn Ghunn Ghunn type of sound from the engine at the speed range of 45-55 kmhp.
.Full checkup hua gadi ka by territory manager as complaint raise ki thi.
Hero Motocorp is very supportive and helpful.
But uska awaz hi aisa hai boli.
Sab xtreme 125 me awaz hai. Demo ride vehicle, freind ne li uske gadi me bhi same awaz hai.
Cons ki baat kare to Dual seat is not good for ladies.
Plastic quality, paint quality is not good. Fit and finish is not good. And engine is not as refined as the Honda engines.
Gear kam karne atakte hai.
No any technical or electrical problems.
All works fine.
Overall good and satisfactory bike.

Hero xtreme 125R comes with just air cooling system. Raider comes with air and oil cooling system with which we can do long rides easily. Engine heating issues will be less. For pillion comfort we have to buy a separate bike again if we purchase hero xtreme 125R. Console day time visibility is also not good

According to specs this bike have better stability on road than raider.
Oil cooling doesn't matter.
If pillion comfort is priority then sp125 is good option.
Raider don't have oil cooling

I have driven this bike for 13000km +
Recently purchase Hero Xtreme 125 r on 20th March 2024 (dealer name Shipra Hero MP Ujjain)
The bike has a lot of technical problems
*Digital meter stop working and I report to showroom at 1st Jun And till now the meter has not arrived as per the order
*Self starting problem
*Uneven throttle acceleration
*Front fork (handle consate) loose (handle wobbling in at speed) I have told about this problem four times before but still the same problem is occurring
*The bike is from the first batch
And upgradation kit till not available at showroom
My experience with Hero has been disappointing
Dude I Have Worked In Hero Showroom For 1 Year And The Thing I will Only Suggest That Never Ever Buy Hero Bikes Their Build Is So Cheap And Gets Rusting Very fast And Sensors bhi jaldi khrab hote hai Engine bhi bht jaldi bolta h inka Go for raider

I have same bike riden 2000kms 2nd service done ,still giving 42 mileage I asked in service centre and other extreme owners also most of them getting under 50mileage only
My suggestion is go with a scooty that also give same mileage and better in practical use
Don't fall in all this gimmicks of brands and fake reviews
Some owners claim it gets more than 50 miles per gallon on average. I even messaged a few people who bought this bike, and they said they haven't noticed any issues.

i have ride this bike, clutch lever pull range is very short only 2cm,uske baad no power. so half clutch pakad ke traffic me nahi chala sakte, a nightmare in traffic,
thoda sa gear problem v hain typical hero bikes wala.
i found panel gaps jo maine pehle notice nahi kiya tha,
Hero ko iske gearbox aur clutch pe kaam karna chahiye
Clutch bilkul nahi pakadna hai, pakadte hi engine overheat hota hai.
