pro tip: when figure comes to your closet/locker, you can get out and he won’t kill you or hear for like 3 seconds

The first one is Cutscene Figure, the one used in cutscenes, however he only appears in cutscenes.
The second one is Gameplay Figure, the one used in the game, they are usually stored outside the map or where the player cannot see them during cutscenes.

If you don't use Trick or Treat modifier, you can get to A-200 and go back to The Hotel, then beat floor 1 and put it in the rift, and then you can have it your entire next run.
