Looks more like N64 graphics. The PS1 had unstable, distorting geometry and unfiltered textures, whereas this looks pretty clean. You tried to imitate the distortion with some of the skyscrapers in the beginning, but it's not quite right. I get it though, this is difficult to pull off with current tools and engines, since none produce visuals as "dirty" as the PS1 anymore.
