That was a remarkable show that Rachael Ray brought Frankie Valli into the studio, and that was so awesome that he gave away all his CDs to the audience. That was very nice of them to do this too.
Wow. Frankie sure did alot of TV shows. You can see how well liked he was. This was several years ago, you can tell, because Rachel was much younger & slimmer too. I never kept track of exactly when the Jersey Boys opened on Broadway, i was so busy looking after my aging Dad, and my Mom, before him. I didnt even get into social media till 2017, when somebody gifted me with a tablet. But i do know it was a great successs and probably a blessing for Frankie. Im sure it was a great boost for his career , and the younger generation were able to learn about this fabulous group, that they might not have ever known existed. These things dont happen everyday . Im happy that Frankie was blessed with this hit show.❤🎵🎤⚘⚘⚘
I've never had the pleasure of being at one of his shows, but Frankie has been one of my absolute favorites since I was a kid. No other words could describe his music but Excellent! Thanks for all of the years of entertainment, and many more to come.
Gosh he still looks great. The 4 Seasons had such an original sound it's not a wonder we went bonkers over them. The Jersey Boys was a great idea and everyone who has seen the act "raves". Frankie has such a distinctive voice,he's a living legend. I'll be looking for this CD.
Frankie Valli!!!! And his Four Seasons Band are my number one all time favorite. Frankie Valli, my musical hero and his business partner original Four Seasons band member, Bob Gaudio, my all time favorite music composter. Great interview.
I used to work at an "Oldies" radio station in Mpls, MN and did a phone interview with Frankie Valli. All I can say is he is one of of the nicest ppl. you'd ever want to talk to! Whoever says he acts cold and stuck up is wrong, or he must be that way towards them for a specific reason. :-/ He's 80 years old and sounds better than ever on stage. He's still an amazing little man with a cute little pot belly. :-)
Was it Sherry?* Big Girls Don't Cry?* Walk Like A Man? Ain't That A Shame? Candy Girl? That's The Only Way? Peanuts? or one of the B-sides? Connie-0? Soon (I'll Be Home Again)? Lucky Ladybug? Marlena? New Mexican Rose?
When i get ready to make a comment about Frankie, i surprise myself because i discover that i already made a comment previously. I love seeing him on these TV shows. He looks so handsome and he has such a nice personality.❤
Alisa, when I saw Frankie many years ago in concert, he waved to me from the stage and was so sweet! I'm sorry you had a bad experience, maybe he was tired or something.
i'm sure that frankie was not offended, he's a singer and an icon. 30 years from now frankie valli will be remembered, rachael ray will be be a scant memory.
cheri williams it's ok. I've had a crush on him SINCE THE FIRST OF THE 60S...AND ALWAYS. I lived every day of the 60s and stuck there and its OK...Frankie's now single, living in Calabasas and I wish he were mine...I can dream.
Rachael Ray's voice is starting to sound a LOT like Fran Drescher's. Not like 90's Fran, but if you listen to an interview with her from modern times, they sound a lot alike. It's kind of weird. P.S. I love Frankie!
This is from 10 years ago, he was only 72 then. But the reality is, and it pains me to say it, but Frankie can no longer do himself or his music justice, but then he's 82 now. I saw him in the Bronx back in around 2004 or 2005, and he sounded OK but his famous falseto was long gone, even then. Back ups were doing those parts. It's very sad, but it happens to all singers, eventually.
Sherry * Big Girls Don't Cry * Santa Claus Is Coming To Town * Walk Like A Man * Ain't That A Shame * Candy Girl b/w Marlena * That's The Only Way * Peanuts * Stay bw/ Goodnight My Love * Dawn (Go Away) * Born To Wander * Ronnie * Alone b/w Long Lonely Nights * Rag Doll b/w Silence Is Golden * Save It For Me * Big Man In Town * Bye Bye Baby (Baby Goodbye) * Toy Soldier b/w Betrayed * Girl Come Running * Let's Hang On!+ * Don't Think Twice, It's Alright (by the Wonder Who)+ * You're Gonna Hurt Yourself (Frankie Valli's first solo single)+ * The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore (Frankie Valli single) * Little Boy (In Grown Up Clothes) * Working My Way Back To You * You're Ready Now (Frankie Valli Single * Opus 17 (Don't You Worry 'Bout Me) * I've Got You Under My Skin * Tell It To The Rain *Beggin' * Can't Take My Eyes Off You (Frankie Valli single)+ * C'mon Marianne+ * The Good Ship Lollipop (Wonder Who+) * Watch The Flowers Grow * To Give (The Reason I Live) (Frankie Vallie Single) * Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow * And That Reminds Me * My Eyes Adored You (Frankie Valli single) * Swearin' To God (Frankie Valli Single) * Who Loves You * Our Day Will Come (Frankie Valli Single)* December 1963 (Oh What a Night) * Silver Star (British Release) * Grease (Frankie Valli with the BEE GEES) ***** OMG! What a great batch of tunes recorded by Frankie Valli/The Four Seasons + Three Songs were on the charts concurrently using three different "artist names -- And he did it twice (late in 1965 and in the Summer of 1967!). Has anybody else ever done this?
so, I have all of the 4 seasons hits, stacked to the ceiling, from a record store. ( 45 rpm.. vinyl. with scratches & skips ), acquired in the day. I thought RR would get at least 1 authentic Italian/Jersey recipe from Frankie.
I like his brittish style glasses I have similar ones in rainbow frames, tnakk god not like the sarah palin ones, i really hate her, but I met Frankie and he has great music and he's a snob I methim in real life after a concert in coney island backstage, he signed an autigraph I said my mommy got me into your music,a nd he says I belong in Justin biebers era
im so inlove w/Raquel...her face is amazingly beautiful, the body though, needs lots of work, and i know she tries hard to hide her waist which she doesnt have.
I was such a fan of him, I met him in person at a Coney Island concert an dI was dissappointed what a snob he was. Rachel Ray is an angel compared to him. He is cold as ice. His music rocks. I know his brother Bobby Vallie I sang with him in a tavern when I was pregnant he was soooooo nice
Never met Frankie nor Bobby but where I live my building has entertainment and a husband and wife team came to sing she thought I had me both Bobby and Frankie she sings with Bobby valli he actually sent me a cd and signed photo of himself he soon will sing in my building

When I was 15 in 1994, I wanted and got to see Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons play on VA Beach. i didn't care about the big groups of the 90's
beautiful
Alisa, when I saw Frankie many years ago in concert, he waved to me from the stage and was so sweet! I'm sorry you had a bad experience, maybe he was tired or something.
He also sang to me and talked to me too!
She is cute as pie and just as sweet. I don't see how anyone could say anything bad about her. Frankie kissed her enough times - that's proof enough.
I want that cd so i can jam out
hes wonderful!
Frankie is the best!!!! We love him in our house! Denise favorite!
omg...I am in Love...
They had fantastic music.
i'm sure that frankie was not offended, he's a singer and an icon. 30 years from now frankie valli will be remembered, rachael ray will be be a scant memory.

Watching this, it's not hard to understand why my mom still has a crush on him. Not that she'll ever admit it out loud, of course. (giggle)

I'd like to be the Hide The Salami in that Lara Spencer/ Rachael Ray sammich
I WISH A PRODUCER WOULD MAKE A FILM RIGHT NOW...ABOUT A MAN AND HIS SON AND HOW THEY solved a murder or ? Frankie is the dad, Al Pacino is the son.
so, I have all of the 4 seasons hits, stacked to the ceiling, from a record store. ( 45 rpm.. vinyl. with scratches & skips ), acquired in the day. I thought RR would get at least 1 authentic Italian/Jersey recipe from Frankie.
He's so little!!!!!
Wow, Frankie sounds congested and Rachael's hoarse. I saw the man in concert in Nov. of 2006 and he's very energetic...musta been under the weather.
Frank Valli/Dustin Hoffman, One in the same?
...or Al Pacino?kkkk, these guys still had so much sex apeel!!! Kisses!
Such crazy women!
I miss these segments on her show. Now, it seems, all she does is cook stuff.
