I live in Covington today, but I grew up living in Florence and Burlington! They are wonderful places to live. Plenty of warehouse/factory work in Florence and the neighboring cities, not to mention all the jobs 20 minutes away in Cincinnati! Wonderful homes, relatively low crime in most neighborhoods, decent schools, and good people. I would recommend Florence to anyone as a place to live! I personally just enjoy the more urban city life, so Covington was the place for me. I can walk across the bridge in a couple minutes and be downtown Cincinnati, or just simply hang out in downtown Covington/Mainstrasse! Great video, once again!
Disagree. Florence is great. I live in Covington simply because I wanted to be next to downtown, but Florence is a great place to live and raise a family. Not far form Cincy so plenty of work, not to mention all the work in Florence and the neighboring cities. It's relatively safe in most areas, and the houses are nice for the most part. Busy roads on 18 and 42 but it is what it is. Why do you not think it's a good place to live?
5 days on market is insane. Great video!
And that’s up from what it’s been!
