Never mind, find on the web the owners manual (google) :
Refer to pages 'Setting up Bluetooth' or something like that, depending on the manual you find. From there you will be able to connect the devices (essentially the pairing is done from the receiver instead) not like the video shows.

I paired this radio with my Motorola Droid Razr. I got a new Razr, because the one one broke, and now it says "Full Pair" when I try to connect, but it doesnt really connect. Any ideas?

What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? You'll need to be more specific with your question. You can find more videos about Pairing your phone to modern Pioneer receivers here: ua-cam.com/video/w3OlAZzLLX0/v-deo.html and here: ua-cam.com/video/42EL_JGXcJs/v-deo.html and you can find more videos on Pioneer's UA-cam Channel here: ua-cam.com/users/pioneerelectronics

Same here. My new Nexus 4 and the old iPhone 4S are flashing 'Full Pair' and does not connecting, nor showing any error. The Atrix and Ipad 2 that I own does connect to the car radio without problems.

What model of in dash receiver do your have? This is usually printed on the face of the radio. You may need to delete a paired device from the memory of the in dash receiver.

What Pioneer in-dash receiver model number do you have? You can usually find the model number near one of the corners of the face of the receiver. You can find a video with a more modern Pioneer receiver connecting to a phone through Bluetooth here: ua-cam.com/video/8t8hiqq2kCI/v-deo.html and here: ua-cam.com/video/Fm2U1Ck1qlU/v-deo.html You can find more videos on Pioneer's You Tube Channel here: ua-cam.com/users/pioneerelectronics
