I guess I'll find out tomorrow if the new update is making the game better or not! Because if there's no substantial improvement, yeah, I think people will start bailing on the game if they hadn't already...
I wish instead of wiping every bit of the progress that we made they added more to the story and plot they could have added the way of the winter things to the main map and remove the level lock from level 50 and made it to where you could get to level 80 and have the way of the winter zones apart of the higher level experiences they could have even added higher tear weaponry my making some material names up and have it to where you could have a tear 8 gun and weaponry
I really hope that the WoW stuff would actually apply to the entire game, but if that's not the case, that's frankly the dumbest thing I've ever seen...
Yeah I noticed that in a good bit of game companies that there's just a lack of focus. Hopefully they can get a focus and listen to the feedback from there gamers.
Helldivers is paid. Can't compare. I belive it is a good thing to want a better game, but to compare it with something you pay for first hand is not fair or logical.
That's fair, but let's also be objective about it. There's plenty of paid games that add other monetization on top. Some games have good systems, other don't and are borderline scummy. Good example is Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. It's a paid game too but their monetization system is trash. There's also free games WITHOUT monetization. It's less of a comparison between the games, but rather the monetization systems, which IS a fair thing to compare in my opinion. Regardless whether you agree or not, you can't tell me that the Once Human lootboxes are a good system when there's already a battlepass AND a shop.
everything you said is true and i wish i havnt sunk 150 hours of my life into this game. this game is too easy and doesn't have enough content because they're just trying to suck as much money from us giving the least amount of content. like you said they're selling skins for a game with no content. what i heard from pvp players is that the lag makes it next to impossible to enjoy. also this is the most accurate video ive seen talking about the game or any game in general. great video bro👌
@@jhnyjoejoe69 While yeah, the story is a bit bland, I'll agree with you but the problem is that it's not spaced out at all. In Manibus, the story is only for the first 2 weeks... and then nothing for the other 3 weeks. I'd rather have 5 weeks of spaced out story even if it's a bland one than just getting all the story dumped on me at the start and leaving me with the bare minimum for the rest of the game. Like, they didn't even add sidequests in phase 3 and 4...
Thank you! I've heard of the same thing from PVP players I know. They really feel shafted at the moment and I don't blame them. We can't get rid of monetization. It's part of the business now. But I'm of the opinion that the monetization should serve the game. If you've got a good game, no one is going to complain about the monetization (case in point, Warframe or Helldivers 2 as an example). The monetization should serve the game... right now it feels the game serves the monetization in Once Human.
@@jhnyjoejoe69 i play for maybe 2 hours a day max. i have the opposite of too much time on my hands. ive been playing for a month and im already max level and not quite sure what to do with the game anymore. i think you just havnt played for long
Spoiler - no. Fixing lags doesn't make money, new skins does. Also losing tooth by that nervous guy only deepens my fear that some pretty huge shit is cooking inside.
That's what I mean. They're prioritizing the crappy lootboxes and shop items instead of making the game work better. From my experience, if the game is good and works good, it's easier to sell stuff to the players. I think they're missing that.
My issue is that usually about 10-15 min into the game my network card crashes. And my computer will not actually finish a shutdown/restart without turning my psu off. I thought there was something wrong with my pc but it only happens in once human, and others have had the same problem.
once human is way more intensive on ur gpu, ram and cpu than any other usual game. it will utilize every part of your computer. you're computer definitely has a problem. maybe your psu doesnt supply enough power? this is a common thing to happen if you're psu is weak
My computer is over spec for the game, 850w psu, 5700x cpu, 5700xt gpu and 32gb of 3200mhz ram. I also make sure nothing goes to 100% usage and it still freezes up my pc, but only with once human. There are quite a few people with similar issues on reddit with different pc setups.
I don't think you should just stop playing! I mean, I'm still playing it. I'm just wishing they could do it better? Give Eternaland more utility or something instead of making it a glorious storage box for 99% items you can't use.
Agree. Probably one more season and it's depleted. Like helldivers...

It definitely has content. You have too much time in your hands. The story is just too band. That's why it feels like there isn't much going on.
