It seems the government workers have no nuts about project management. Poor KB has to teach them like primary school teacher. I never seen this type of spoon feeding to civil service workers in any country. These are bunch of men and women in their 40, 50 and 60s and yet they not a single have a courage to speak up about how their system works confidently to KB. Instead they take notes down like kids. I say these people just pretending to be like stupid. Actually, they know what is right and wrong but insist doing the wrong thins for whatever selfish reasons. Is these people that stupid??? that KB need to teach them how to manage their work, for heaven sake this is a planning department. First of all civil service holders must have ownership and pride in their work. This will bring honesty and efficiency in their work. It all boils down to poor leadership qualities and very bad complacency in the organisation. An organisation that has a "don't care" culture leads to its inefficiency and unfit as a civil service department. Its seems Indian public sector has been in this mode since the British era.. Unbelievable
