You could also mess with the settings if you wanna play a bit slower if you're missing stuff. There's settings that let you see when a production is completed, etc. I think you've messed with it already though considering you turned off auto-end turn
now that you put the Pressure Dome in the one city to the left of your capital you might want to consider dismantling the Recycling Tank off the top of my head I believe it's costing you mainitence which is kind of overkill....
Larry Monte As far as I can Remember the Pressure Drone was a direct Replacement For the Recycling Tank and you could safely remove them to reclaim some resources again I might be wrong been awhile since I've played.... In fact I do seem to remember the game kind of greying out obsolete buildings and such as you upgrade to let you know that they are covered by a different building. You may (or may not) have the same problem when your next wonder finishes with the Network Nodes your building... Again I might be wrong at my age Memory is one of many things that have changed over the years... LOL
Beakie1958 I seem to remember the greying out also. I finished recording this morning and I confirmed that the Recycling Tank isn't drawing any maintenance. I didn't try selling it, however - maybe we can make a few credits there? I'll check again when I record next (likely the weekend at this point).
I really like the little quotes, a bit of dark humor, like the recycling tanks or industrialism.

Don't worry about the power graphs in terms of your own ability. Human smarts aren't factored in :P. That, and aliens are always on top.
