Cannot say what actual problem in the body could be but I have observed you people having outside food very frequently. I did that too earlier.. Kisi na kisi reason se hospital k chakkar lagte rehte the.. Even bacche k liye bhi. Then we started being a little extra conscious and made sure that we only eat food from outside on occasions and skip uncouncious binging on food whenever we are out. And bacche k liye bhi we made sure we all ate full stomach home food before we leave house. And now we are much better off. You both have sedentary lifestyle . Khaana khaana and laptop pe editing not much of a workout just like me. So in that case avoid foods that you can make a home too... Jo cheeze ghar mein banaane mein time lagti hain that can be ordered in 3-4 months
