I wish you would make the paint tubes into stamps. Adorable ❤
You can use little magnets place on the side on the inside to stop the palate from moving
OMG I got the same tin for my Qor sets - High Chroma and Earth sets. Quin Magenta is one I will always replace

The Cerulean Blue Chorm. and the Cobalt Turquoise do granulate very beautifully, if this is what you are looking for. Also the Cobalt Green and the Chromium O. Green😊

I just bought 3 sets in half pans. Their new half pans are crushed pigments that are pressed vs traditional (their old technique) of drying long pigment blocks cutting them and putting them in half pans. So when you open them they look matte and “grainy” but are so easy to wet. The sets I got where their introductory (12 half pans), urban sketch mini (6 half pans and 6 empty) and grandulator mini (6 half pans and 6 empty). My favorite color was pink ultramarine sooooo pretty
i know its just a swatch basically but i would hang that on my wall as an artwork it looks really nice. its really satisfying to look at all those nice colorful tubes

I'm not a big fan of granulation but the ultramarine really surprised me with it's granulation, and I was using a hot press paper so maybe your paper is different somehow? Other than that the grey spreads so wonderfully 😍😍 and your illustrated tubes are so Cute I would love to have them as stickers or even washi tape 😍
I've never used hot pressed paper, so I might test it on some to check. My paper is the 25% cotton by Fabriano cold press and has been my favorite paper besides 100%. I love the idea of putting the tubes on washi tape! 😍Might also just throw together some test stickers of the tubes on my Cricut when I get some free time.

Colors I'd add.... I have all 83 colors. Indithrone blue is lovely hookers green is a must and best skin tone I love venetian red. But I also love quinacridone violet van dyke brown and the 3 metalic colors (pearl gold and silver)

@@JessicaLynnIllustration the 24 color set and earth set are the 1st 2 you should start with as only 2 duplicates (sap green and I can't remember the orher) but there are all 6 of the high chroma in the 24 and 4 of the primary on the 24. I found that as best value I bought open stock after that to slowly fill in the holes took about a year and a half to get all the rest of the colors after I started adding a little at a time.
@@JessicaLynnIllustration option b buy high chroma earth tones and primary sets (all 3 6 color sets) no duplicates. But if you can afford that start with 24 it's not that much more then doing the 3 small sets
@@JessicaLynnIllustration side note I don't know much about either if the 2 12 color sets because I started with the 24 color set but I think those both will create a lot of duplicates
Hi! I'm just wondering...Did the half pans re-wet easily or not?
Are this lightfast?
They vary based on their pigments, but a majority of them are very good or excellent. Was there a specific color you were wondering about? I should have mentioned their ratings when I was reading off the pigments - sorry 😕
@@JessicaLynnIllustration thank you 🙏🏻 I am interested on the purples,pinks I have seen some reviews on other inks and it seem the purples are not lightsfast but not sure if this paints are the same
This is the info included on the tubes. I've never tried any of my own lightfast testing as the area where I live only averages less than 60 sunny days a year so I don't think I'd get accurate results.
Dioxazine Purple: Series 3 LF = excellent
Quinacridone Magenta: Series 3 LF = excellent
